      Do not use this company! They are a scam and you will never see the product You order. 2 months in for placards and nothing. They wont even respond via email now. If you use them you will regret it.

      Do not order from them! I ordered a hitch coupler. I canceled the order, before it was shipped (they could not give me a ship date). I cancelled on 9/22/23 and as of 10/19/23 I have not received a credit. They have stopped responding to my emails. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company, but they said it could take up to 60days! This is a horrible company and very dishonest.

      I got charged twice for one order. They refused to answer there phone or emails these people are ripoff and Scams. I never received the order but I was charged twice

      I ordered $57 (plus tax and shipping - $70 total) dollars worth of hats w/**** logo from USS Fleet Supply on August 12th, 2023. Several weeks ago I was assured that they had received the product and would expedite shipment.As of October 9th I have NOT receive the products I paid for and have had NO response from USA Fleet Supply despite additional requests for information OR delivery of my purchase.I would caution everyone about paying USA Fleet Supply in advance for ANYTHING.

      This company is terrible. I placed an order in early August and was told that the item was in stock. 2 weeks after the order was placed, I had not received the order so I contacted customer service. They said it was back ordered and would be in shortly. I contacted them again in about 2 weeks and was told it would be shipping out immediately. A month later, it still hasn't shipped. They do not answer their phone and the customer service representative makes promises that they have yet to keep. Be wary of doing business with this company. I have no expectation of every receiving my order even though it was paid for 2 months ago. I would give this company 0 stars if it were possible.

      This is the WORST supply business in *****************!!! I have been waiting on numbers for two months!!! Unbelievable!!! The only reason for one star is because it wouldnt let me me leave the review without checking at least one!!

      Worst customer service!!!I was thinking of offering them one of my client accounts, so I tested them out by ordering a sample DOT Physical Form with next day shipping, well 2 days later, still no delivery. Called customer care, no answer and wasn't able to leave message. The recording advised me to fill out contact form and that it was the fastest way to get customer service. Not worth spending your time or money.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! All the reviews are true. The prices are too good to be true, and they offer free shipping or $150 to entice you into spending more. Disputed the charge after not receiving product nor communication. They then shipped the smallest amount of product (46 days later). Stated that a refund was being processed for the rest of the product and it should arrive in **** business days. Gave them the benefit. Nothing posted, emailed again and they stated they will mail a check. I requested a tracking notice and refund amount and they once again stopped responding. They drag it out long enough to surpass credit card refund policies.

      Theifs, ****** in revenue is all theft, should be shut down. Emails and emails never receiving anything but a repeat twice and no product no refund. Its a scam to catch someones eye. report this place to someone other than the internet
