    Cardell was very kind and helpful. I hadn’t tested my lifeline in probably a year and I wanted to make sure it was still working . Cardell led me through it and suggested that I have it checked every month going forward. I will certainly do that. Thank you for always being there!

    I had been wondering if I needed a new battery. It seemed that my 'life protect' device was needing charged more often than it had been. She assured me that it was ok. I also ask how often should test it and she told me once a month.

    This company bullied my wife into buying their life alert with subscription. She was somehow transferred to them when calling her credit card.
    When I called them back it took me a good hour to get them to cancel the dam thing. They just kept going into their sales pitch over and over again no matter how may times I told her that we did not want their product or services.
    When I finally got her to cancel she then went into another sales pitch for health insurance.
    This is a horrible company to do business with.
