    I had the pleasure of speaking with Rickel on 4/23/25 so we could return the Life Protect Devise. She was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Our relative had the Life Protect and on 2/1/25 he pushed it because he was in distress. Someone came to his rescue. Because of Life Protect our relative was rushed to the hospital and given quick medical attention. Without his Life Protect devise he could have died on 2/1/25.
    Unfortunately, we lost our relative on 3/8/25 but it gave us 36 days with him that was very precious to us which we may not have had without the Life Protect Devise. I am very saddened by this loss but our relative was saved and is now in a better place. Thank you for giving us more time with our relative Mr. Charles ** ******. Thanks to the staff and Management Team for saving lives and giving us those 36 days of joy. May the Lord bless and keep you is our prayer. Much success to your company.

    I recently lost my medic alert. I love that they are able to make it ring to help you find it. I had lost it another time and when I couldn't hear it ringing they actually were able to track it. It was funny because it was in my husband's car and he was driving across town and they were telling me the places it was passing. I am so pleased with this company.
