    Mr. Theo was so nice, so well mannered, and respectful. I hope each time I call there, I will always be treated with the respect he showed me. Older people appreciate all the kindness they can get. Many young people have no respect for older people, but we have feelings also, and Mr. Theodore realizes this. Never get rid of him. He's great. Thank you Mr. Theodore, you made my day a joyful one.

    My experience with Jimmy was excellent. My phone call to him was about a bad experience. I have a device that does not hold a charge longer than 48 hours. In my last three monthly check-ins they were not able to hear me on the device and transferring me to a live person. Finally, on the 3rd month call-in they transferred me to tech support. That person ran tests and told me to charge it fully and call in the next day to test. I did and they could not hear me. They offered to replace the device. That phone call was last Saturday. Today is Thursday and I was notified by the Post Office I would receive a package from Life Protect on Saturday. I have had no type of contact with Life Protect since last Saturday. The person I spoke to on Saturday said it was their primary concern to ease my concerns and make sure I felt protected. To me, that would indicate some level of urgency to deliver to me new working equipment. To my mind, I will be completely unprotected for 1 week. I called today and was offered a price reduction and assured of the Saturday delivery. I understand needing to keep costs down but if your customers are unprotected then maybe just a check-in phone call or some kind of contact during that period might be warranted.

    I spoke to Theo today and he was very pleasant and answered all my questions about my service and also told me about plans that they carry. He listen to everything I asked and said.
