  Sequoia in customer support was very thorough and helpful in getting my device replaced as the lanyard connection to the device had broken off. I've had to use the device 3 times and each time EMT's were there promptly. I can't say enough about how great this service is.

  I’m concerned about Life Protect’s sales tactics. When they called my mom, whatever was said, she heard that she needed their product, and her doctor said so. And she proceeded to give her account number for what she thought was a one-time withdrawal. It was not. Upwards of $140 a month began coming out of her account. She saw that it was happening, but was embarrassed she was duped. She believed they were calling because of their association with her doctor. It was a few months before we realized what was happening.
  Mom is able to manage a lot of things. She’s feisty and figures things out. When the Life Protect product came, she left it in the box. Evidently it required internet? Which she doesn’t have, and no one asked.
  When my brother called to cancel the “service,” he also returned the product. Mom was promised a refund. She’s heard nothing.
