    Wife reluctantly ordered a Life Protect 24/7 product after being assured that we could return it if it was not what we needed/expected and that we would not be charged until we started using the product.
    We examined the product and decided it was not what she needed/wanted. Noticed on our bank statement that we had been charged the day we ordered! We were sent a return box upon our request, and mailed it back on 1/12/23. They received it on 1/14/23. After waiting awhile on our refund, we called today, 1/23/23. We were told they would process a refund and we should receive a credit back in 3-5 days. When we asked why it hadn't already been processed, we were told that we didn't request for one!!! We didn't like it, didn't want it, asking to return it, but we also needed to also ASK for a refund!!! I said we didn't even know they had already charged us until we noticed it on our credit card account and we didn't expect to be charged until we started using it. They told us that they activate it when it is ordered, so they consider that when we start using it! Then why say they won't even charge us until we start using it? The product may be excellent, but it wasn't for us. The company, however, seems to be on the sleazy side. I will definitely not consider them if and when we ever decide on the need for a med alert system.

    Theo was amazing!! I had some definite concerns and he gladly answered every question I had. His patience and humor helped the anxiety I had during the call. Great job Theo and in my opinion I think this man should get a raise! He is a valuable team player! Without talking to Theo I would no longer be a customer! Thank you for your excellent service!!
