    Every customer service representative I have encountered has been more than helpful and resolved issues for me. I do believe the company that makes their unit needs to focus on the little clip that attaches to the rope or to the holder that goes on the belt because the little clips on the top of the unit keep breaking, that’s just been my experience and I am trying to be very careful. Other than that I think the unit is just fine and the people that respond when I call to check my unit have all been delightful. They asked me clearly if I need help and then reconfirm that I am OK. The assistance both from representatives and Answering service have been superior. Only anoyance has been the top clip of the unit itself which keeps breaking. They have replace the unit twice with understanding and those are the reasons I have not moved to another company. Good PR.
