      I closed my secured Opensky card in good standing. The outstanding balance was paid in full. However, I am told I will not receive my 500 dollar secured deposit back. This is a scam. My outstanding balance was paid in full! The annual fee was already paid. This is a rip off!

      The company refuses to let me use my card. I opened it to raise my credit score but it’s useless because they have put a block on my account due to a payment being returned because I didn’t have enough on my checking account. Then, I paid off the complete balance of more than 1000 dollars and was told my account would go back to normal. Nope. I call and they put me on hold for security for hours and they never pick up. I don’t know what to do at this point . I’m considering filing a lawsuit due to the emotional and financial distress this is causing me.

      They stole 800 dollars from be after I deposited it they blocked my account anf refused to let me use it or give it back to me. Now a year later their sending me 30% of it back and keeping the rest because they refused to close the account when i told them to close it and send my money back so they are charging me interest. I deposited the 800 and then had to go pick up diré meds I needed. Since they refused to unblock my account so i could get my meds i ended up hospitalized with thousands of dollars in debt

      Was on vacation in Florida and signed something. Was set a gold card from opensky .5 weeks later on the day I got home I was charged 90dollars plus late fees plus penalties. The card is not even activated yet W T F is going on .buyer beware scam artists and thief at this place ,I called and was told you are not worth my time .

      I'm filing every complaint I can on this company. They operate in secret and make it very difficult to contact and resolve issues. Its 2023 and they have no phone number or email address to contact them. Slick business practices and a security risk to card users. I dont like yall and want my money back.

      I just opened my account. Waited 2 months to receive my card. I finally received it, made an early debit payment from my bank on 6/19/23 they gave me a reference number for my payment. Then 6/20/23 my payment was pending. Then on 06/21/2023 i have an overdue balance. I called and they said my payment didn't go through due to insufficient funds. I'm confused i was paid on the 19th how was there insufficient funds. They were the first bill i paid. This is ridiculous and I'm going to close this account as soon as I pay my balance. I see bad business and their tactics are to stick us with a bunch of B's fees. I made a debit card payment you processed it then claimed to have reversed it later. Statement shows a payment and shows my deposit but does not credit my account

      I open to secure credit cards with open sky. I canceled both of the credit cards on May 15, 2023. On that day I was told that my deposit for $200 on each card would be mailed and I would receive it in 3 to 4 weeks. I waited four weeks and called again only to be told that I should be getting my checks any day and if I did not receive my card by the following Monday that I should call and I would be reissued another check for each card. I called the following Monday and was told that it could be another four weeks according to their agreement. I see nothing about this in their agreement. Eight weeks seems like an awful lot of time when it only took a few minutes for them to take money out of my account for the deposit. I feel like I’m getting the runaround. This has been one of the worst decisions I have made on credit cards. A highly do not recommend open sky. It is June 26 today and now I am sitting here waiting another four weeks for my money to show up. Not very good customer practices. It’s all big business I know, but terrible for the consumer!

      I called to settle and close my account back in Feb.2023. They assured me that it would be done gave me the amount I had to pay and told me they would take the remainder from my deposit. I am now in June and the company refuses to close my account and is asking me to pay additional late fees and other charges. They claim I never called to close my account. I requested that the call from that day be pulled because they weren't the only card company I called to settle and close my account. I have yet to hear anything and they claim that the notes from that day are what they go based on. All I want is for them to close my account and settle it to what the original agreement was.

      This account was opened fraudulently. I have sent over multiple FTC reports & police reports regarding this account. This company has falsely verified this account & is reporting to the credit bureaus. I have asked for this account to be removed from my credit report due to FRAUD.

      They are taking up to 2 months to give me my money back! They have held onto my money after I was told misinformation they kept telling me they would do an investigation after an investigation they kept telling me that people would call me back people didn't this is just wrong. They're representative told me that after I gave them a $5,000 deposit and kept my account in good standing I would be returned my deposit and get an unsecured credit card this of course was not the case I am still waiting for my money back!
