  Open Sky is giving me the opportunity to rebuild my credit and I really appreciate it, I like there services and how they stand by u if a charge is not correct on my account. Thank you much , and customer service is really great too !!!!! What’s really nice too is the App is really user friendly, Than you again Jim

  I have had them for 3 years and they do not help build credit they tarnish it. Random fees, not updating your account in the proper timing it’s every 45 days they let the credit bureau know, if your payment falls on a holiday it will not take it and then charge you a late fee, THEY DONT UPDATE THEIR NOTES properly they don’t have an email to leave a paper trail of complaints, if you look at reviews (CREDIT KARMA, Wallet, Nerd) they are all RECENT BAD REVIEWS. Do not trust what the REPRESENTATIVES SAY even with recorded calls they’ll lie. I suggest CHIME CREDIT OR CAPITOL ONE ????????????

  Denied me 5x "unable to verify identity" they ignore calls to them for guidance and help. They don't return calls. Noone will help me. I have filed a previous BBB complaint which is NOT HELPING EITHER. I CANT FIND A COMPETENT HELPFUL PERSON. I SENT MY SS CARD DL and an electric bill. What else do they want my DNA or blood? They do not tell you which database is reporting inaccurate information, they refuse to help me as a disabled person who needs additional accomodations under the ADA.

  open the card to help build back some needed credit. they sent me no monthly statements or other info. 50+ adds that went to spam. ad so the late payment notice did too. I found I notice a month until they got it up to the $100deposit I made. never used the card. forgot I even had it. after being run in circles trying to get on the site I finally did. no web costumer service I can mail them a letter! what? can't find my card with the acc#and can't text anyone about the problem without it. they got my , $100 before I could close the account. finally. that's all they really want

  I have an OpenSky credit card for two-plus years. They have a very long wait time to speak with a representative. When I call to report fraudulent charges the nightmare begins. They gave me the wrong information and forgot to report all of the fraudulent charges. I tried to tell them because they didn't give temporary credit for all the transactions. They had my credit card account in the negative for one going two months and charged me late fees. They told me how to make a minimum payment I did they still had me in the negative. They transferred me around to another credit card that does not work with my credit card company. My phone calls were disconnected when they put me on hold. On or around September 15,2023, they again gave me wrong information and transferred around a total of 7 people and was still not help with my issues. They told Mr. That the fraudulent transaction investigation was closed but they missed two to three fraudulent transactions I told them many times to add them but they kept saying they were added. It is amazing how disorganized this company is. They told me one thing then I received a letter saying someone else. My credit score was effectively very negative because of their sloppiness. I strongly recommend that you do your business somewhere else. It's many credit cards that can help build your credit with less headaches and mental stress.

  I been with open sky for a couple of years now and it's been a good experience. So far my credit score went from 450 to 650 I'm definitely happy ??. I just wish for open sky to expand on different payment options.

  This card is for starter. If you can't get approved by any company opensky will give you that opportunity. This is not a credit building or line increase card, however keep paying your bill on time and keep your utilization under 30% and it will allow your score not to drop any further.
