      Working with Smart Roof for the replacement of the roof on my house was a pleasure. I was not aware that there was so much involved in doing a roof replacement, however, Smart Roof and its representatives keep me appraised of each step along the way. It was a pleasure to work with them, expecially Frank S*********, the Project Manager. An extremely honest organization for which I am happy to add my recommendation to the many before me.

      Smart Roof did a fantastic job with my roof replacement project.
      The company has many functional areas and navigating from one service desk to another can sometimes require getting used to. Fortunately, the sales and contracting team stayed with me from the beginning until service completion. The entire team including the production crew understands the simple fact that even though this is just a project to Smart Roof; what they are delivering is, we, the customer lives through every single day for the upcoming decades. Retrospectively speaking, I feel lucky to have found Smart Roof as the roofing vendor/partner. Obviously, without saying, I would not be hesitated to recommend Smart Roof.
      Special call out for all whom from Smart Roof had assisted me, earnestly and without ego: Mike S, Nick S, Thomas B, Vernon C, Jonathan N as well as the rest of the install crew.

      I wanted to send a note to thank Smart Roof for the excellent job and service they provided. My interactions from the start with Mr. Chris S*******, the Sales rep that came to my house, the Contract Rep, Vernon C****** and finally with the Project Manager Johnathan N**** were nothing but professional and accommodating to my needs. Chris S******* and Johnathan, the Project Manager especially went above and beyond to ensure they were providing the best service they could to make sure my home and family were taken care of. I highly recommend Smart Roof and their amazing work force to take care of your roofing needs.

      Jon N**** and Jesse N**** have been very accommodating throughout the entire process.
      Constant and open communication has been maintained through various communication platforms to update status (product order, installation date and time and follow-up meetings.
      Both gentleman’s knowledge of the product and thoroughly explaining the manufacturing and composition of the shingles placed our minds at ease.
      Each representative’s professionalism and attention-to-details is above reproach.
      Decision to execute roof replacement will be one of the best decisions one will make during homeownership. My referred neighbor agrees.
      Again, we thank Smart Roof for providing a quality product and service which has view years of weather radiating results.

      Smart Roof did a fantastic job dealing with my insurance claim. William V******* provided a very detailed report with photos to support my insurance claim. Douglas Morton did a thorough job explaining the estimate and providing upgrade options. And Jonathan N**** was outstanding in managing the install. The installation crew was courteous and professional. They did a great job making sure the lawn was clean of debris and roofing nails. Smart Roof is a very professional outfit.

      This was my first time replacing a roof on my home. It seemed like it was gonna be a daunting task, but the experts at SmartRoof took care of everything. Special thanks to Patrick G****, my sales rep, Teresa L****, project meeting rep, and David D*****, project manager, for walking me through the process, keeping me informed, and making sure I was satisfied. I also want to complement the construction crew, led by the other David. These guys did back breaking work for two solid days, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work, all the while staying safe and looking out for each other. I wholeheartedly recommend doing business with SmartRoof.
