      This was a textbook roof installation from start to completion. Every aspect of the job was outstanding and amazing from top to bottom. Most notable was David Dobson, Project Manager, Trevor Presley, insurance coordinator, and Jacob Herr estimate coordinator. whose help was immense. This was a professional job by all SmartRoof personnel to include the installers.

      SmartRoof did a great job on our roof. From the time the initial rep made contact till the end of Project. They have been responsive and committed to the whole process.
      Nick Scola was committed in working with our insurance company and he came out multiple times to our home site to help with the process. Nick was polite and professional.
      David Dobson, our project manager was highly responsive and as we relayed our concerns and expectations, he made sure to take in the input and acted accordingly.

      SmartRoof did an absolutely phenomenal job in every aspect! Charlie Price was an absolute wizard at working with our insurance company-- he knew all the right questions to ask, pictures to take and worked with our insurance company. The result was a roof that had been damaged by a hail storm was covered and nearly all the expenses paid. We used the opportunity to upgrade the roof (that was out of our pocket at a reasonable cost-- the baseline roof was 100% covered thanks to SmartRoof). Charlie was polite, professional and his follow through was terrific. Likewise, our Project Manager, Lucas Williams, did a terrific job with a seasoned installation crew. Lucas and his team dealt with a significant equipment failure quickly and professionally. The entire roof and gutter system was replaced in two days-- it looks fantastic and I feel really good about the gold level protection. I don't think I will ever have to worry about our roof again. I have already referred SmartRoof to two of my colleagues on the job, and to one of my neighbors. Two competitors tried to steal us away while the insurance paperwork was pending-- they were promising to do things that were unethical-- I sent them packing. The SmartRoof folks did everything above board and with absolute transparency. I am happy to refer them without hesitation for any roofing and gutter replacement job. Thanks for making this happen!!

      Very professional organization. Extensive step-by-step procedures in place to make the process run like clockwork. A potentially complicated process ran very smoothly. Staff went over and above typical requirements, with an emphasis on meeting the customer's needs. Estimator worked very closely with the insurance company to make sure I had maximum reimbursement. Company located requested blue shingles out in the Midwest when the manager had not thought it would be possible. Exceptionally responsive and effective with out-of-the-box solutions to issues. Most fortunate to have found such a stellar company. Particularly grateful to Reynaldo H****** and Lucas W*******.

      We were not aware we had hail damage to our roof until a rep came to our door and told us of the possibility. We contacted our insurance company and after an inspection, we found we had damage to both the roof and our kitchen ceiling. We got a new roof, had some of our gutters replaced, and the ceiling repaired and painted. We were very pleasantly surprised that they could do the gutter replacement and the ceiling repair in addition to replacing the roof. Even though we had a few glitches, the projects on a whole went on to completion with very satisfied end results. The people in charge of the different aspects of the projects namely Jon, Nate, and Joseph did their jobs to make all go as smoothly as possible. We thank you and each of your workers for a job well done and would recommend them to anyone. Carol and Pete K.
