      Professional team from start (initial inspection), through estimating, and final installation. SmartRoof was especially helpful in negotiating with insurance company to facilitate negotiating scope of work and paperwork completion. Installation crew was professional, diligent and driven by quality of repair vice arbitrary timing constraint. Very satisfied with the entire evolution.

      I had some hail damage and their local representative came by to point out the damage & let us know that our insurance would probably cover most of the damage. At first I was skeptical about dealing with someone knocking on your door. But I'm glad I took the time & listened. We had significant damage and they provided documentation to the insurance company to back up their assessment. They walked us through all our roofing options and were patient & thorough in answering all our questions. When it came to the installation, their workers were careful and cleaned up after, so you did not know they were even there.
      I would highly recommend them and their product. They were a pleasure to deal with.

      SmartRoof assessed our roof and found a significant amount of hail damage from the storm the previous year. They came to meet my insurance adjuster and guided the process from claim submission forward. They were incredibly attentive and extremely attentive throughout the process. Our project manager, David, was on top of every step of the installation process. Our house is fairly large and they still did the entire roof in less than three days. I honestly can’t imagine how it could have gone more smoothly. I have referred many of my neighbors and friends to SmartRoof and would use them again without question.

      Smart Roof recently completed the project of replacing the storm-damaged roof of our home, and we are delighted with the process and the results. From the first day Nate J**** arrived at our door, he kept us updated and encouraged every step of the way. He, along with Frank S********* and Andrew P****** handled every aspect of the project with courtesy and professionalism.
      The actual working crew was incredibly hard-working and efficient, completing a large job in less than 2 days, including total cleanup.

Jonathan N****, my installation manager, ensured that the crew did an excellent job. He made sure there was someone experienced in dealing with my gutter covers was there for both removal and replacement. I couldn't be happier.
