      This review is specifically of Ambar Richardson in the Florida office.
      Ambar has been exceptional is all my dealings with her. She has been professional in every sense of the word. Ambar has been so patient, friendly, helpful, and timely in responding to my many questions and concerns during the entire process of SmartRoof installing our roof in Miami, FL. Her understanding of the project process was been very good and thorough. When my questions were best answered by referred me to someone else or another department within SmartRoof, she when far above and beyond in getting me the contact information but likewise ensuring they responded to me. Ambar's follow through and responsiveness to every detail has been simply amazing. THANK YOU AMBAR!

      My experience with Smart Roof LLC was nothing short of a disappointment. Despite the charismatic and convincing salesman who initially won me over, the reality of their installation service left much to be desired.

      First and foremost, the installation crew left behind protruding nails on my newly installed roof, not only marring its appearance but posing a potential safety hazard. Furthermore, they managed to cause significant damage to the interior ceiling of my home during the installation process, leading to additional expenses and frustration on my part.

      What adds a layer of frustration to this entire ordeal is that Smart Roof LLC initially offered me a warranty and encouraged me to submit claims when I expressed my dissatisfaction. In good faith, I submitted not one, but three separate claims in the hopes of rectifying the issues. To my dismay, none of these claims were addressed or resolved. The lack of responsiveness and accountability on their part is simply unacceptable.

      The stark contrast between the professionalism exhibited by the salesman and the complete lack of follow-through and quality control within the installation team raises serious concerns about the company's integrity and competence.

      Given the headaches, additional costs, and utter lack of customer support, I cannot in good conscience recommend Smart Roof LLC's services. It would be wise to steer clear of them and seek out a more reliable and responsible roofing company for your needs.

      The SmartRoof team was professional from the first meeting, were very clear on walking through options and project details, and responded promptly and fully to all questions during each stage of the project. James J**** was personally engaged throughout the roof and gutter installation project, coordinated the work of his skilled installation teams, and was always available to answer a question and make any adjustments. The installation work was done efficiently and effectively, with attention to all the details, and the clean up was thorough. Pleasure working with the SmartRoof team and greatly appreciate their professionalism, service, and the results for our project and recommend them.

      Smartroof in Virginia may be one of the worst companies I've ever worked with. They pushed to get hired for the job, but once I'd signed their agreement, communication was nearly impossible. It took them almost a year to put on my new roof. When I asked for a warranty, they only referred me to the website for the shingles. When i asked again for a warranty, they said that they would send one as soon as I paid the last invoice. They didn't send one. Now, just over a year after they completed the work, the trim has blown loose, and they told me they take no responsibility. Apparently, there is no warranty on their labor. Smartroof doesn't seem to care about quality or customer service. My recommendation: don't be taken in by Smartroof's lies!

      The work was solid and the job was completed in a reasonable time line. James J**** was very patient and easy to work with as the work was being completed.
