  First experience with *****. Needed a plumber to install 3 new sinks. They sent two guys to my home that weren't really plumbers. All the plumbing they attempted had to be redone.MUCH WORSE. I made the mistake of leaving them alone for about 30.minutes. They used that time to go through my office and steal my credit card information.Thank god the credit companies fraud prevention divisions are so good.I though the idea of Angirs list was they vet the people they send out! Not in my case!! Again, fist experience with *****.

  Never used them and tried to get reimbursed for initial setup .Got denied when I was told I would be able to if I ever chose that route. Zero stars in my eyes

  My experience with this service has been a nightmare They never did complete the service They rescheduled twice within an hour of when they were supposed to arrive, then 2 times they just didn't show up Then they wouldn't refund the service after trying for more than a month One of the WORST COMPANIES I have ever (tried!!) to do/done business with.

  Please offer 0 star options. ****'s List was contracted by ****** to install a fan on July 12th between 2-5 pm. No one came and no one contacted me. On July 13th at 3:56 am ****'s List sends me an email that my job was complete. No one came to my home. I have photo evidence and security system to prove it. Infuriated, I called Angi's list. The rep apologized that someone made the job done without actually doing the work and they got paid for it. She stated I would get my refund. I told her this is fraud and I wanted the job done still because I told the rep I don't do electrical. I need an installation. She said someone would call me to reschedule it at no cost to me. I asked her to clarify if she is refunding me and having someone call me back to install the fan and she said yes. I waited a week a d no one ever contacted me. I also never got my refund. I called ****** to complain about their third party. The manager contacted them the next day (June 20th). ****'s list rep called me but not yo make it right but rather tried to manipulate the narrative by stating I cancelled the request and requested a refund. I told her she was not part of the conversation so I understand she may have incorrect information but yo clarify I told her start to finish what I wrote above. She then told me she has to let a manager call me and review the call. I stated "please do because you are statement that I requested a refund is inaccuratrlr and requested a copy of the recording for my own records." She said I wasn't going to get a copy. I told her we can always subpoena it for fraudulent charges.

  I give them no stars I have been fighting to get my pool I purchased in April put up that I bought from ******* they have sent people out on 2 separate occasions and have yet to have the pool fix properly

  Worse service I ever had sending meth heads to peoples homes to do jobs its crazy. Do yourself a favor and call professionals ***** *****

  If I could give them a zero I would., I ordered a ******** from wayfair, and I order to have it installed which was an additional one hundred and ten dollars. So within a couple of days I received the ******** and the installation was about two days later after receiving order. When the so called pro came he was on time and I thought okay this is great, but unfortunately it turned out to be a horrible experience when he put the ******** up he left the plastic film completely on the ******** and it is so low it is practically on my table and he put a hole in my ceiling. Now when i told him that it was to low he said yes but unfortunately it cant be adjusted and I was like that sounds crazy because from the reviews I never heard one complaint about the ******** being low and he continued saying he couldnt adjust it because with the new chandlers thats how they are so I then proceeded to ask him why is the plastic still on he then stated that is how its made so I said no that supposed to come off it saids film so he said no its all over at this point Im annoyed and I told him I will be calling to find out about the plastic and the adjustment to the wires and I asked him for the instruction manual and of course when I read it, It tells you how to adjust the wires and also it tells you to take the film off also as I was looking at were he installed the light fixture I noticed that it look like he made a hole and tried to cover it with the fixture. When I notified wayfair of the incident they was very apologetic and asked me to see pictures of the chandelier and when they seen it they notified ***** list and I was giving another appointment to get the chandelier removed and reinstalled. I notified Angies list myself about my ceiling and they emailed me a claim form I filled it out and uploaded pics I heard nothing about anyone fixing my ceiling that the so called professional that ***** list sent, this guy was a complete unprofessional that only brought a drill

  I signed a year contract with *****'s leads in hopes to gain more business. 10 months into my contract, I decided to cut my losses and cancel my contract. Of course, they are gonna get their 35% early termination fee. Which i think is B.S!. As of 10 months into my contract, I received about 250 "leads" from *****'s. Of that 250 leads, I landed 2 jobs and made $6000 off of them. My contract was for 12 months at $1000 per month. So, obviously I didn't even break even. *****'s leads/list, I'm my opinion, is a scam! 99% of the "leads" were either bogus or simply the potential customer never answered my call back or text back. As a matter of fact, about 50% of potential clients, never even enquired about a service that I performed. And 90% of the inquiries were for a service that I don't offer. I sent many of those inquiries to my "account manager" and he said that he would credit me back?? I will never ever use Angie's list again!! It is a waste of time and especially money!! Beware of this company. It is nothing but a scam.
