      I've been banking with Capital One for a while using their 360 Checking Account. Because I enjoyed the many features of this account, I decided to open a ******************* account. Unfortunately, this was huge mistake. The account has been a headache since opening. One big issue was delayed access to funds after depositing a check. I called and was told they hold funds for 5 business days and are unable to process it any sooner. There is no documentation of this process online and has resulted in significant delays in use of the funds in my account. I was also told that the funds are available the next business day with a checking account. Neither of this information is available on their website or clearly communicated. It seems arbitrary and fraudulent and there is no way to correct the harm done by poor advertising related to this policy. After this, I'll be switching banks.

      Refinance my auto with them and had nothing but problems. The mileage was wrong when they provided info to secretary of state. Now my title is lost and can't even get it fixed. Been 2 months back and forth with them.

      Capital one is by far the worst credit card company that Ive ever dealt with in my entire life I am 33 years old I had just lost my job due to Covid one month went by that I had three payments that bounce back they closed my account with no way of re-opening it after rectifying and making a $1000 payment to their account still told me that they could not re-open the account and theres nothing more that they can do. this is a very bad business, not customer friendly and they are not for the customers they are looking to destroy every customer they come in contact with do not bank with capital one!!!!!!!!

      They keep trying to take hundreds of dollars (roughly 350, my monthly payment) out weekly, and just this morning succeeded in taking an extra $150 because my bank account received my paycheck at 3:34 am and capital one took the money randomly 6 minutes later. Can not get in contact with anyone when I called in the past about the other attempted withdrawals, and even the phone service had an attitude about transferring me to a person. Am looking to refinance somewhere else and am documenting each unnecessary charge that is only reflected in my bank statements, but not my capital one statements that indicate I am on time and on track with my payments. I can not afford to pay for their mistakes, and thats me generously assuming its a mistake.

      I went to make a purchase today I received a text asking if it was me I said yes the card still declined I call them they say it's cause of suspicious activity even after replying to the text saying I was making the purchase. I go through all the charges and verify they are from me they say I can use it. I try to make the purchase again still declined I call back again and was told the system detected fraud and deactivated the card a few days ago. They never called emailed texted nothing just waited until I tried to make a purchase and call them to see what's going on and then tell me it's been deactivated a few days ago. I told them I just talked to someone they said it was good to go now they say nope we have to send you another card even though I confirmed every charge. They don't even know what's going on one says it's able to be used since I verified every purchase and the other saying it's been deactivated for a few days now. They can't even get their stories right. The deal is that if I made this purchase today (which I was going to make anyways) I would receive a $600 discount I told them that and asked if they were going to credit me $600 since they just screwed me out of that since I'm not able to make the purchase today they just said nope not their problem the system detected fraud so not going to do anything but send you another card. I have auto pay set up on a lot of accounts with a couple coming ** in 2 days but the new card won't even get here in time plus now I have to go through and change the card # on all the auto pay accounts set up.
