      When I reviewed my Dominion Energy bills over the past 8-9 months, I discovered that several payments were not credited to my account starting in March 2023 that total more than $500. Apparently Dominion added two zeros in front of my account without telling me so my bill pay did not go to the new account. Nonetheless, the money was debited from my bank account.I opened an inquiry by phone in Oct. I spoke with the payments department today. That representative confirmed the investigation was still open and confirmed receipt of an online bill payment in October after I corrected my online bill pay to reflect the new account.On that same call today, I listened to a recording telling me I was due to pay Dominion another amount by close of business today. A previous recording suggested my "case" would be sent to a collection agency. Unbelievable! I can only imagine this is happening to many other customers.       **************** is straight from h*** Not sure how they are trained but it's not to help the customers. Shame all these big corporations treat the people like they don't need us.

      Spoke with **************** and was advised they were able to get signed into their Manage Account. They stated, one of our Agents was able to walk them through the process and get logged in. No further assistance was needed.

      Awful experience that is never ending. I've spent 234 minutes on the phone with Dominion...almost 4 hours. And still no resolution. In April, I requested to end service on an apartment and start service on my new apartment 28 April. All went well. So I thought. The service was put on "hold" and never started in my name. My new apartment has been paying the bill and charging me to pay it. In August, I called and was told it was all fixed...and it wasn't. In early October, and more calls, it was finally started in my name with a ticket in to back date the account....still not done and my bill cycle ends in 2 days. I've called multiple times to check in they keep saying "oh fingers crossed" or "hopefully is complete by the end of the bill cycle." But no one actually helps. Countless cold transfers and no call backs as "promised." I move out of the country in 23 days AND STILL NO HELP FROM ANYONE AFTER 234 MINUTES SPENT CALLING FOR MONTHS! The "apologies" don't account for the missing money from my pockets or the hours taken from me at work to make these calls...and still have no resolution.

      This company Dominion Energy Virginia are a bunch of RIP OFFS I'm moving to another place and now they want me to pay a Deposit...FOR WHAT if I don't pay the bill you will shut it off and demand payment I have been shut off by these Rip off for being 2 cent short on a bill by accident

      I would cancel this co.pany if there was another option for power ...I've lived in my home over 20years...never used even half of **** plus usage ...Feb they come to my home change out my box...dig up my yard ...ran huge generator running a cable (have ***** *** get my bill it said I used over **** in usage and my bill was 751 $ for a small tiny home ....I complained ...they said it was all me ...they even messed it up...I called a electrician out here...they talked to dp..told them the problem...dp came out again in August...they still won't take responsibility for running my bill up in feb...calling a lawyer and tv channels ...I filed a investigation..no calls back ...they don't note any issues I've complained ...hate this company....they stole from me and there covering their employees a** by making me pay it ...it's not fair...it's not right ...they don't care about their customers at all ...managers get on the phone and hit hold and never talk ...it's rude ..it's there way of dealing with customers by not talking at all ...hopefully the owner reads this and confronts the managers for not doing their job...doubt he cares either ...WI ter time I run heater all the time ...summer time run ac non stop never in 20 years have I came close to running over **** usage...I usually around 500 to **** usage in total a month depending on the month but never ****...this company will s**** you over to cover up employees mistakes so they don't get fired but your stuck paying it and it's not right....hope karma bites everyone envoled in the **** for doing me wrong...I don't make much cuz I have a son with disabilities and they stole from me ....go to h***

      What the actual is going on??? For 6 months you cant sort out your software updates? I still cannot login to pay my bills. Just frustrating to put your customers thru this and have no solution other than frequently asked questions on your stupid site. I tried calling - useless. Its 2023 small business owners have better technology and sites than your pathetic company. If only i could change provider..

      Their customer service is designed to make it impossible to get in touch with them in order to resolve any issues relating to your bill. The customer service number that they provide, 1-866-DOM-HELP, rarely allows the customer the opportunity to speak with a real person unless they are willing to wait in line on the telephone for ***** minutes then if someone decides to answer the phone then you only get disconnected. I have paid Dominion Energy Virginia every single month for the past 22 years with a personal check and never encountered any problems until recently. We have always used budget billing in order to keep our monthly electric bill as low as possible. This past June and July, Dominion Energy Virginia deliberately decreased our monthly budget bill in order to increase our budget bill from roughly $121.00 to $163.00. We have not increased our household consumption of electricity to justify this increase. By raising the Total Current Balance owed they can increase our monthly budget bill.In the September 14, 2023, bill, they falsely accused me of sending them a bad check for the very first time in 22 years and they charged the account for non-sufficient funds. I had to go to my credit union and get a written letter from them in order to prove that they were lying. I finally got them to admit that it was their mistake but when I told them they made a bigger mistake by increasing our budget bill by $42.00 each month they refused to talk to me. From August of 2022 until June of 2023 our budget bill remained the same, in the amount of $121.00 until Dominion Energy Virginia deliberately decreased the next two months bills in order to unjustly increase our budget bill. This is a billion-dollar corporation taking advantage of a system that they created in order to increase our monthly electric bill by $42.00.Dominion Energy Virginia is a billion-dollar corporation that overcharges their customers for supplying their homes with electricity.

      RIDICULOUS!! I have contacted Dominion Energy several times with no resolution to my problem. My account had abnormally high usage read for statement date in May of 2023, > $400 than my average bill. I was told on at least 2 occasion over the phone someone would come out to get the actual read of the meter since it had been several months since there was an ACTUAL read vs estimated reading. I was told a technician would come and we HAD to be home and I would get a call within the hour of the visit. I never got a call and couldn't work that day waiting for them.Any time I call its almost 2 hours of my time over the phone, mostly on hold, that I do not have during a work day. When I have emailed there is no response back. I would appreciate some communication regarding this matter. Currently back on the phone on hold for a 51 minute wait time just to talk to someone.

      Recently moved out from ************ and it seems the bill was never lasting. It seems we always were putting out a lot of money to keep paying down and extreme high bill. So once we moved they forwarded us a bill for freaking 724 on top of that to tell us the total is **** . Tried to dispute the old current bill never could get in contact with no one had the run around. Tried contacting for 3 days in a row nothing. Sad because they are no help at all

      Dominion website does not work properly on phones or computers. Dominion does not create separate bill for security deposit and it adds to the bill, creates installments for deposit without customers approval and later it claims wrong and less deposit amount Therefore customer looses some of it. I spent hours on the phone with customer account management and issue was not resolved. I asked for a supervisor and waited for 2 hours. Supervisor was not even willing to talk to me and she was communicating through representative with whom I was not satisfied.They keep talking same thing not willing to give separate bill for deposit and separate bill for meter reading. Supervisor said I have to wait until the further bill is paid after spending 4 hours. This is what Dominion is about

The security deposit does not generate on a separate bill. This process is used company wide and is not individually based. The customer was advised that the deposit installments would reflect on the bill. The option to pay same day was offered by way of our online payment method, authorized payment location or by phone.
