I am very pleased with the professionalism of the driver. He was very polite and handled the delivery of four large boxes alone. He also called when he was 15 minutes away.

I gave a 2 because the delivery guys were nice guys. Delivered a window that was broken. I noticed when they arrived the packaged window was laying flat on a pallet **** with 3-4 boxes on top which had to be removed. Be sure that you check your delivery packages before they drive away.Estes Express Lines

The driver was excellent. This neighborhood has very narrow streets and very tight roundabouts but he was able to expertly maneuver the truck into my cul de sac. Other shippers have had to wait outside the neighborhood and bring in a smaller truck to transfer to in order to make the delivery. Driver was courteous, polite, and efficient. This was a very positive experience.Estes Express Lines

We are a smaller company that ships a few times a quarter so we book *********** through a 3rd party broker. We have had the pleasure of seeing the Estes crew respond to most of our calls in **********. The drivers are always friendly and prompt and good about calling us to confirm delivery instructions, pick-up times, etc. They handle our goods professionally and have always delivered as planned. Now we request them by name when booking with our broker. We look forward to continuing our shipments with them in the future.Estes Express Lines
