Excellent service! I was called and asked if the item was a gift, which it was, and was told there was a driver at the *********, FL depot who was working Christmas Eve day specifically to deliver gifts in time for Christmas. This was a pleasant surprise since it was scheduled to arrive a couple of days after the holiday. An appointment was made and the driver called when he was about 20 minutes away to give me time to come home from our grandson's house about 15 minutes away. The driver was very friendly, professional, and accommodating; I give him 11 stars out of 10.Estes Express Lines

The Estes Team went the extra mile for us in scheduling an upcoming delivery complete with driver calling me right before arrival so I could open up our business for a very important, valuable delivery. **************************** get the deliveries inside the building, as my husband just had knee replacement.Estes Express Lines

Everything was going great until we got our stuff back. The first mistake was Estes never had us sign a paper stating we knew how to pack/load the truck which we didn't find out till later was suppose to happen to cover them I suppose. The second mistake, which is why I am leaving this review now, is that we bought insurance incase anything broke in transit. Well a fair bit broke in transit. When we finally got our house and moved in with the intent of claiming insurance on our broken items, we got an email stating we were not eligible to claim any insurance because the guy who picked up our container never had us sign a second form. This form was for us to state what was being hauled and what the value of said items were. This was their mistake yet we have to pay the price for it by losing our money on the insurance and not getting reimbursed for broken items. This was our final move as I was getting discharged from active duty military service and Estes was highly recommended as a cheap, do it yourself, moving company by fellow enlisted. Anyone looking for a moving company, I do not recommend paying them and if you still do, make sure you have everything done before they pick up as I had the military always do my moves for me, I did not know the process. I can not recommend Estes because if they make the mistake, the customer pays the price, at least in my case.Estes Express Lines

The scheduler was polite and didnt sound like she was doing me a favor by answering the phone. The delivery driver was super nice! He didnt just drop the pallet as soon as he got it in the garage. He took the time to get it in as far in as he could. 100% would use again.Estes Express Lines

5 starsGreat communication with the driver, i spoke with the driver multiple times to ensure he was able to come on to the property safely and where he would be able to be unloaded and safely turn around to exit the property. Both pieces had their paper wrapping torn, but this was such a big metal item i was not worried about the paper wrapping. Was one day late, but the communications was good after they were able to get my number about the shipment,. NICE WORK GUYS
