Very undependable. I would avoid at all costs. They may seem less expensive, but what good are they if they leave you high and dry.

The semi could in no way make it onto my street. He kindly called and reported this into, gave me the number to Estes office and the office girls **** and *** went out of their way to store my over large part until I could pick it up, very friendly, professional and went that extra mile to safe keep my shipment. Then at the time of picking it up, pulled my part and helped load it on my truck. Such a good company and great experience. Hands down for such an awesome team.Estes Express Lines

Do not trust Estes Suremove. Their information had popped up while I was searching for a local mover to finish the last mile at our moving destination. I had spoken with a representative on two occasions to ensure all the information was conveyed. I made the reservation and cancelled our other carrier. The next day, they called to cancel our reservation. There were not many reviews of their service available online, but the agent had been convincing. Never again.Estes Express Lines

The product was delivered on time and was well packaged. There was good communication throughout via the tracking number. The company brought their own pallet ***** and their truck had a lift gate, which seems to indicate that they are well equipped and able to handle larger/heavier items than a more average service.Estes Express Lines

The driver was exceptional! My entry isn't impossible, but has been challenging for many; he backed down the driveway like it does it everyday. He delivered a 1200+ pound item on a pallet that was previously damaged and the item off-center. It was not easy to get the pallet **** under it, especially in the confined area of the trailer. Transitioning from the ramp to the driveway, the weight/gravity tried to pull the item away from the driver and began to tilt. He immediately made adjustments in the steering of the pallet **** and got everything settled safely. Sadly, I can't recall his name, but if I were an employer, I'd want a bunch of employees just like him: personal yet professional, positive, quick thinker, can-do.Estes Express Lines
