I cant rate the condition of the product. Outside box looks fine, so I assume everything inside will be fine. If you want a rating on just the condition of the outside box, I would give it either a 9 or 10.The customer service *** who set-up the ********************** was great to work with. She answered all my questions, and was so very nice. I felt like she cared and was very knowledgeable!Your driver was amazing! Im not good at remembering names, but I think his name was **** (?). He was so polite, friendly and easy to work with. Do whatever is necessary to keep both these employees - they are great ***resentatives of your company!

1 starOne of their drivers ****** ****** Truck ***** of ********, ran a red light and crashed into me on October 25, 2024. Totaled my car and I have been having medical issues since. I am a 54 year old Veteran with a 6 year old Autistic child and my 74 year old Mother who is disabled that I cannot take anywhere since October. Add to the fact that I am so scared to drive now for fear of getting hit again. ****** ****** took responsibility when my insurance company ***** called him but when his trucking company Aon Risk Services ************** contacted him, he is telling a different story and now this has been delayed again and again and again. They also keep saying that a new ****** has been placed to take care of the issue. This is the 3rd ****** and now excuses about the holiday delays, pregnancy as well. If you see an ESTES truck on the road...WATCH OUT... What happened to me is no different than a Hit and Run. I will continue to fight this with my attorney but I wanted to get this out to everyone out there who reads these reviews.Review fromRuby B

I had to pay $100 to have somebody come help me put my sofa in my home. I was not notified of the early delivery and it was starting to rain and I had to get the sofa into my home. I called Lowes and spent a half hour on the phone with them only to be told I had to contact ****** that time I had to make a crucial decision and I heard somebody to bring the sofa into my home and put it together. My husband and I are 76 and 77 respectively. I would not recommend your company ! Can I get reimbursed $100Estes Express Lines

Was scheduled for a delivery and no one told me about a delay. When I contacted them they directed me to two different numbers that didn't answer the phone after numerous attempts. POOR customer service who do not know how to resolve issues. Instead they direct me to dead ends. AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY DELIVERY OR AN IDEA ABOUT WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE.Update. They were supposed to come and pick up the shipment for a return but I am getting the same POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and DELAYS. seems like a trend of poor management of delivery and driver scheduling.Estes Express Lines

I had a small problem getting the *** to where the unit was to be picked up. This was completely due to my fault, because I had no fax machine. Took the *** to the nearby terminal, and **** ********* took it from there. Great service and great help. Thanks so much!Estes Express Lines

We at ******* value our relationship with Estes. They are and have been our LTL carrier of choice for years. The drivers and **** are always courteous and professional. We had an issue today with a redelivery and ******* ********-******** was very quick to work with us to get it resolved, and in a manner that helped to benefit us as well!!!Estes Express Lines
