5 starsThe delivery was exceptional! The driver was amazing and very skilled at moving the large vanity out of the back of the truck. It was quite a sight to see! He asked where I wanted the pallet and I requested it to be put at the back of my garage. He placed it exactly where I needed, even though it was a tight fit. He was flexible, professional, kind, and skilled.The only thing that I would have appreciated was the 30 minute phone call prior to delivery. I was home and waiting, but I did wonder when they would arrive.Review fromAaron K

4 starsShipping of our pallet of rubber ground mats was faster than anticipated, which led to an issue. We had requested to be notified of a timeframe when the pallet was going to be delivered so that someone would be at the school to receive it since it was during the summer break. The delivery showed up 2-3 days early and no one from Estes called to notify. A congregant member just happened to be at the school when the truck arrived and they called me. Had to drop everything immediately and drive to the school to take the delivery. That was the only issue I had, but it was a significant one.Now, the driver was great in unloading the pallet and even walked the pallet to the back of the school where it was going to be stored. That was very much appreciated. So, the only problem I had was the lack of communication. Speed of delivery and driver service was great!Review fromDiane B

5 starsThe original shipping pallet was broken and was placed on another pallet for delivery to us. We believe, that was the reason for the reason for the delay in the expected arrival and actual delivery. The 2nd pallet was also broken, when the lawn mower was delivered, before it was taken off of the truck. The ************************ was very professional and waited, and helped cut the crate open, while we inspected the lawn mower, to make sure there was no damage to it, because of all the pallets being broken the way they were underneath it! Thank goodness, there was no damage to the mower. ***** handled it all very professionally and was very courteous and concerned about whether our item was damaged, before we signed for it. ************* counts for everything! My delivery was not picked up on time initially, then it took a week and a half to be delivered after delivery date updated 3 different times. To top it all off, my delivery showed up very damaged. A family heirloom dining table built by my grandfather- the top is deeply and severely scratched in multiple places, despite the table being packed in a crate. I watched the delivery driver unload it from the truck and I cringed the entire time. He was so rough with it, that the crate started breaking. He dont care. I paid $1000 for this delivery, front door delivery, and I ended up with my item damaged and it was NOT delivered to my front door. I had to pay to have my maintenance men carry this item to my door. 0/10. I will be leaving reviews on my experience with Estes wherever I can. I absolutely overpaid for this service.Estes Express Lines

If I could give less stars I would. NOT reliable-ZERO customer service integrity. ********************** was scheduled for 8/1 (2 boxes from ************ Then next delivery was due 8/2 between 10A-2Pdelivery was late, and only 1 box arrived. Driver spoke ZERO English-talked to someone the driver called but wouldnt give me their name/# for reference. I requested a call or text for notice of delivery because I took time away from my work schedule. ZERO communication on day of delivery except a generic text w the original timeframe (which had already passed). I asked the whereabouts of the 2nd box-driver nor the man on the other end of the phone could answer my questionsthey also offered NO other guidance. HORRIBLE customer service! ********** was informed and so was my credit card company.Estes Express Lines

Highly recommend Estes. Item arrived on time and in perfect condition. Good communication on status from date of order to delivery date. Driver was friendly, courteous, careful in unloading heavy item from truck, skilled in use of pallet ***** and went out of his way to make sure item was placed exactly where I needed it in the garage.
