Everyone I have spoken to at the **************** has been super nice and helpful. This is the best outfit I have used as far as call today and them picking up today. I feel the drivers go out of their way to make sure my shipments get picked up the same day. The drivers are super polite and always say "Thank you for the business", the best drivers in the business for sure.

Was advised earliest delivery date was 7/25. On the morning of 7/24 was informed delivery would be on 7/24. Not unhappy but had made plans to be elsewhere and didn't want shipment left out in weather. ******* the driver friendly and courteous. Tracking info day of delivery very good and useful. Also we would like an explanation of the stated weight as 505lbs. Couldn't have been over 200lbs. including the 8x4 wood pallet.Estes Express Lines

I have a claim for lost goods from a delivery. ****** picked up and signed for 110 cartons and delivered 90 cartons. Clear noted shortage on all ends. Estes denied claim and wont pay. Awful companyEstes Express Lines

shipping over 50 or more pallets daily with Estes Express their overall service is excellent. my rep is a excellent represented for Estes Express. **************** is also very good. the only problem i have with Estes is keeping the larger pallet orders together. that to me as a shipper is unacceptable. Service level to the customer is pretty good considering all that a order has to go through, what i mean is the trucking and handling.Estes Express Lines
