Delivery was supposed to be 9 items. Only 3 items were delivered, 2 of which were damaged beyond usability. Driver insisted we sign for the delivery of all items on the ticket even though only 3 of the 9 items were delivered. We only signed for the 3 items received & not the other 6 missing items. Driver reported that all items were delivered even though that was incorrect (only 3 of 9 items).Estes Express Lines

5 starsThe Estes terminal that services Destrehan LA is completely dependable, which is imperative in shipping. They send the right truck for each load. They have never sent a truck that was not able to house a large number of skids or accommodate oversized pallets. Estes goes out of their way to accommodate Cospolich's shipping needs. Your review:When all the others that i used jacked up their prices shortly after the great Covid debacle of 2020, Estes was there for us and continues to handle all of our shipments. The big 3 left us hanging, and Estes was there to pick us up. I respect that, and that means a whole lot from this old school dock worker. Prices are fair, and service is better than those bigger operations. I see the Estes rep at least once a month, the other freight companies some people i only spoke with over the phone. Estes is getting better in all ways changing their website (it still needs work) and customer service.Estes Express Lines
