      My husband and I were highly impressed with our delivery of a tiller we purchased from Lowes. It has been raining on and off continuously for 2 weeks, but let's face it, the tiller is going to get wet and dirty anyways. So we were not worried about the delivery being left in the driveway in the rain for a couple hours till we got home. However; the Estes delivery driver literally took the time to "notice" and use a small tarp we had draped over the side of a trailer in the driveway (not being used for anything) and placed in on the tiller box and placed a yard rake on to of it!!! The box didn't get wet and we had a pretty heavy downpour...I'd say that excellent service. It was extremely considerate of them!

      We waited all day for this delivery today. I went to put bottles into the recycle bin, and there it is - sitting in my driveway, readily available for thieves. Except that, its so heavy, that were not really worried about it being stolen. These jokers dumped a CONCRETE BENCH onto my driveway, did not ring the doorbell, just dropped it and left. There is NO WAY that we can get this bench up eight stairs, and into the yard. No way. Maybe Ill call the citys large item pickup and throw away more than $250. Im DISGUSTED with this company. Shame!

      I contacted the customer service because my ********************** was short of 9 boxes. For more than a month, they have been turning me around without assisting, they are very rude on the phone, they hang up on me, they don't call back, and in one word, they don't care. At this point, I am going to consider my packages as stolen and report your company. I will share my poor experience and the lack of professionalism anywhere there is a rating system, so that everyone is aware of what I am going through and can make an informed decision before thinking about working with ******* 1 8 1 1 0 0 0 6 1 4

      I had 2 skids of pavers delivered. The driver was very professional and investigated where to put them . I would highly recommend this driver and Estes. They came on time and my skids were in good shape

      I have ordered two bathroom vanities of the same style. One of them has been shipped broken to me twice. This has resulted in me paying $1500 3 seperate occasions while scheduling with lowes several hours on the phone to be there to pick up said broken items and having to be at our investment property. The second delivery, I asked the guy to stay while I checked the top since when he delivered the product, he allowed the whole back emd of the vanity to literally flop and fall onto the truck lowering gate and the top was severely busted. He said be would turn around in the cul de sac and wait for me to check 2/3 mins but I think he knew he broke it and he sped off resulting me to spend more time and money having to buy a THIRD Vanity for our investment property and putting us about 6 weeks behind. Severly disappointed is an understatement.

      Paid $200 for shipping service and the package didn't come on the day I had someone theor to unload and sign for it. Had to pay a guy for 8 hrs for them to never show up. 2 out of 3 boxes were tore open just glad my product didn't look damaged. Was suppose to call an hour before they showed up and they didn't even do that. Definitely don't recommend this shipping company because of cost and not delivering on the date it was suppose to be delivered on

      Estes is the absolute WORST delivery company. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Had the same driver not once but twice deny bringing in a pallets through the door of our building. The first time my young employee had to lug in heavy boxes by herself as the driver watched from his truck in the rain after he refused to bring or help bring them inside claiming it wasnt his job He had an awful attitude and cursed at our employees when they asked to bring the pallet inside claiming that wasnt his job again.. He was going to leave expensive equipment outside in the ******* heat on the palate because he was lazy. When we called dispatch, they immediately denied his actions and hung up the phone on us when we were trying to resolve the issue. We will never ever use or recommend estes as a shipping company ever again. Terrible customer service. Terrible employees.

      I need a zero star option:(1) The Estes driver disrespectfully THREW & KICKED pallets and cardboard material from his truck onto my driveway (I wish I could upload Nestcam video I have to show just how disrespectfully). He knew what he was doing was wrong; he waited until my contractor (who had declined the items) left my property to engage in this completely unprofessional behavior. I asked Estes (via *************, the company which engaged Estes and from which I had purchased wood siding) to remove the carelessly discarded material. Estes has refused to do so.(2) On the bright side, I could have had an even worse experience with Estes. At least my contractor was able to prevent Estes from leaving tens of thousands of dollars of siding on the street as it had threatened to do because it originally didnt have the right truck to get up my driveway. They finally had the right-sized truck on the third delivery attempt. OK maybe point #2 was worth one star. Maybe.
