My delivery was supposed to be Wed. the 29th. Two days later on the 1st they drove it from ********* to my town ********* and just drove around town with it. At the last minute they decided they didn't have time to deliver it so they took it back to ******! I would not have even known that if I hadn't called because the website still said it was out for delivery. The person I talked to sounded as if this was just business as usual.Five days later on Tuesday the 5th they finally delivered it to me.This is a horrible delivery experience. We considered refusing the delivery because it was so late and the experience was so frustrating.I have noted my issues with ******* and ****. For any future purchases I will make sure that they are NOT delivered by Estes.Note: *******, the driver, was very courteous, professional and called first. He also moved it to where I needed it and was very careful unloading it.Estes Express Lines

Their scheduling is terrible. Scheduled a time 10 - 2 and finally showed up 4 hours late. A curtesy call would have been appropriate and appreciated.! Wasted my entire day. Driver and staff were very helpful and apologetic . But their scheduling *****.Estes Express Lines

Item was in destination city for eight days waiting on final delivery. Expected delivery date kept being pushed later with no explanation. I called customer service. They tried making excuses that did not match the shipment tracking dates/times. Would give zero stars but not an available option. They were rude and used a hostile tone with me. Then finally hung up while I was in mid sentence. I contacted the shipper who had to get Estes to deliver my item. Item arrived next day and was dropped in driveway in the snow. I was not notified of the delivery at all. **** never recommend Estes to anyone and will actually advise against using Estes. My experience was in no way customer-centric.Estes Express Lines

My delivery guy was great. My only issue is that the scheduled delivery date was December 12 and the actual date was November 30. I wasnt totally ready but this is a good problem to have.Estes Express Lines

Delivery had been rescheduled for the 8th but they showed up a week earlier anyway with no advance call. Tried to just drop the pallet outside of someone elses garage in the rain. Very inconsiderate. Still left it outside and not inside the threshold to the building as contracted. Would not use Estes again.Estes Express Lines
