The communication through out the process has been excellent. Everyone I spoke and dealt with were pleasant and knowledgeable. It would have been nice if it was delivered in house rather than just door but giving me time to get help made the difference. Thank you!

I would give 0 stars lost my mattress $4500 I got at a special bed/stock sale from work I only paid $250 for it but I cant replace it, its a once in a lifetime opportunity shipped it from ****** and once it got to a ******* they tried delivering a ******* of scraps to my family Im in tears at home I hope you go bankrupt, i spent $700 shipping it begged my job to box it to save money and had to carry the 160lb to the terminal I just got told Im getting $250 bucks and good luck Ill never get this bed ever again Ive never felt so hopeless I lost such a great deal. I used Estes Express Lines for a cluster of mailboxes I ordered for an apartment community. I asked for a call ahead of time to ensure I was home for the delivery. The driver called 20 minutes prior, which was perfect. The driver brought the pallet right into my garage, we signed off and that was that! Super easy and efficient.Estes Express Lines

Superb delivery. I was very impressed by the drivers professionalism. He arrived sooner than I expected, which was very good, and he made several attempts to contact me, until I finally realized that my flooring had arrived ahead of time. Super job!!! ??????????Estes Express Lines

I am extremely pleased with the level of performance that ESTES provides. First, their track system is very easy to use on a mobile phone. Second, their clerk is very nice and helpful. Third, when I called, I had the option to pick my item up from the warehouse with no problem, just a phone call. Fourth, My package was scheduled to be delivered to me between Friday and just before Thanksgiving BUT it actually came a day early! This was the icing on a ****** cake. ******** experiences i will never ever recommend or use estes the costumer service is horrible very confrontative and # 1 creating excuses last finding solutions find another way of shipping i went thru the inconvenience so you don't have to trust me go elsewhere there are plenty of shipping companies out there avoid estes at all costEstes Express Lines
