The Delivery Driver **** was absolutely Amazing, incredibly accommodating. He was able to deliver the package exactly where I needed it. Super Awesome Dude. I had a previously bad delivery experience with Estes a couple years ago that I wont go into, But **** the delivery driver completely restored my faith in Estes for now. Thank you

I ordered a piece of gardening equipment from ****** that was supposed to be directly shipped by the vendor using Estes. Estes sent numerous texts claiming the item was in transit. Then Estes sent a text claiming the item had been delivered days earlier when they initially reported it was in transit. Estes reports that the package was signed for by someone who does not exist at these premises. Premises are under video surveillance and no Estes vehicle has been identified as being at the premises.Estes Express Lines

Estes was completely unprepared to deliver the item. Sent on a truck without a large enough loading dock, risking the man who drove the truck. I paid for delivery. But I also had to pay 2 other men to unload it from the Estes truck. None of this was the fault of the driver. The staff helpfully re-scheduled but the reason it was necessary to reschedule was because Estes was unprepared to make the delivery because there was not a truck the correct size to transport and offload the item. Jeopardized the safety of the delivery person my 2 workers and the condition of the unit that was delivered. In other words a cluster **** that was managed by the workers and the customer but not higher management. Stupid. Thats why people get hurt. Stupid.Estes Express Lines

Driver delivered while we were at work. They placed the large skid at the far back of our driveway, out of the way. We were still able to get the cars in with no issues. Absolutely satisfied and appreciate them putting the skid where they did.Estes Express Lines

My contractor had to help carry the huge box (36x48 shower) across the town square to my front door. Without my contractor, the delivery could not have been made. Then your driver would not help my contractor get the box up five stairs to the front door. If it is against your company policy to deliver to the door, my contractor should not have helped your driver get the box from your truck to the sidewalk in front of my home. Then your driver was insisting that we take the pallet. That was a bridge too far. He even asked my contractor-dont you have a dumpster? Your service got my package to the sidewalk in front of my house, but not without my help. Your driver was snarky and pushy. I would not recommend the delivery end of your service to anyone. 5 starsLarge 220v A/C purchased and was delivered on-time with no noticeable damage to exterior. Item came securely fastened with strapping affixed to its own pallet and was placed conveniently on driveway near our back door which was exactly where we wanted it, as we have a long driveway (400 ft), and that saved us from having to haul the heavy box that distance! I had never heard of Estes, but kudos to that company and the extreme professionalism of the driver who delivered our product!!! Super great job!!!Review fromBruce M

Delivery on time. Driver was very professional and courteous. He placed the items exactly where indicated. One pallet was damaged and he moved 30 bags of soil to a new pallet and finished the delivery in a expedited manner. I would definitely use Estes again. A great company.Estes Express Lines

******** experience with this company. They don't even deserve 1 star, but this system requires you to select one to enter your review. I was promised a specific date for delivery which they didn't do and delivered on another day, which no one was home for the delivery. They left a $1,000 package out by the street where anyone could've stopped and stolen it, left it without getting a signature for this delivery and to top it all off the package was damaged. Horrible, Horrible Horrible Experience. This is the worst delivery experience I have ever had from a company!!!!Estes Express Lines
