Aside from the driver who was very helpful when my product was actually delivered, Estes is by far the least professional company I have ever had the displeasure to work with. My delivery had to be rescheduled twice due not to circumstance, but a complete and utter failure of those responsible for the logistics at the company. This led to lost revenue on my end because of the delay of waiting around for the two days the delivery was supposedly scheduled. If I could, I would ensure no one used this company to ship anything ever again.Estes Express Lines

4 starsEstes was the chosen delivery service by the store I ordered my product from so my only interaction with them was receiving text messages about the delivery time.There was good communication about the delivery date, however not so great with the delivery window. The delivery window was already 4 hours, and yet they arrived 45 minutes before the window. Would they have waited 45 minutes for someone to be at home if no one was home? Good thing we were at home.Otherwise the delivery person provided great service and was very considerate of where to put the shipment, even confirming afterwards if they placed it in a good spot.Review fromJorge C

This was the nicest most accommodating experience one could have with any delivery driver. He was the most incredible delivery driver I have ever had in my many years of life. Unfortunately I have forgotten his name but I believe that you should give him a very large bonus. I am only sorry that I wasnt here to give him one myself.Estes Express Lines

Estes delivered my new French doors. The delivery was on time actually a few days earlier than the window. The doors were packed well. The driver thanked me for my help.
