      Bought a large double vanity from ********** online. Estes Express did the shipping from the port in ********** to *****, *******. Estes was in contact via text and email stating when it would ship and where it was in traveling. When it arrived at **********, they called to schedule delivery to my home. They were very professional and accommodating on the phone. The large item arrived to my house exactly when he said it would. The driver took great care of the huge box with my double vanity and put it exactly where I wanted it in the garage. He was very courteous. We were so happy with the ease of shipping. Have not yet opened the box until the installers get here to take care of it, but I am pretty certain the contents will be in great condition from how I seen my box be handled.

      I dont know the drivers name who delivered to me, but I just wanted to say how extremely professional and beyond helpful he was. My area is very difficult to park a trailer in and he went out of his way to get as close as he could for us. He then not only unloaded my pallet that added up to over **** pounds of fencing but he helped me carry and stack the entire pallet neatly where I needed to get it. He truly went above and beyond to do a great job. Thank you for the excellent service and communication throughout.

      A totally brilliant service from start to finish.*************************, and the ********* ** ***************** make my pickup schedule experience really great, every time. They are polite, friendly and accommodating in difficult times and very reasonable. Excellent and professional service.       The whole process went smoothly. My item came a couple of weeks ahead of time, which was great since it was a surprise. The woman who called to confirm everything was professional, communicative, and friendly. She noted everything I mentioned and paid attention to some needs I had.The Estes driver was absolutely fantastic! I don't remember his name. But, he was communicative, polite, respectful, and overall a great guy! I would want him, or someone just like him, to provide any future deliveries. Please pass my compliments his way!!!

      The delivery guys were great - professional and courteous. Kept in touch from the truck with delivery updates. I only wish I had cash on me to tip them!

      Worst company ever!!! Won't return calls and they hand your freight off to someone who only does deliveries to a area every two weeks. A two day delivery turned into a two week delivery!!!
