  The driver called to confirm the delivery time which was great. He was on time, professional and polite. He and Estes provided services beyond my expectations. Well done.

  Horrible delivery service. On 3/17/2023, delivery driver called 15 minutes out from arriving at my house to tell me he will not be able to lift the heavy boxes off of his truck and will need assistance!! Someone must be there to help him get the items off of the truck. I live alone and cannot lift boxes 100lbs + off of a truck. Nor should I be required to have someone there waiting around for a delivery. We work for a living!! The items were put on the truck with a forklift and his delivery truck had a lift. He said they only do 1 person deliveries and they ask customers on a regular basis to assist. WHAT!! I don't work for your company. The website says standard delivery is placement of items in your driveway. He was unable to do the minimum service for delivery. I called Estes to complain and they said items being placed in the driveway was considered ********************* and they would need to get in touch with ****** to have another company deliver the item. I am shocked. Email and text message also state "no signature" required at delivery. If no signature is required then why do I need to be there to help the driver. Does not make sense. Do not use this company.

  I was told for over a week it was in route to my clients home. When I realized it was going to be another week out and had an installer scheduled the lady was rude to me and hung up on me in the call center named *****. They are the ones that gave me false information from a week ago now Im dealing with an upset client and arranging a pick up of my order. This drive will cost me 6 hours and 450 miles. Im very upset! Bad news & ruined my morning when today was supposedly the 3rd delivery date they gave me and its not happening. Very frustrating!

  Excellent, ahead of schedule, product and package delivered in perfect condition. Smart sized delivery truck able to get in driveway and out of driveway without damage. Also the driver was very professional and put the crate in my garage and not just in front of the garage door blocking the car inside. It seems like one could expect such, but anymore it is a bonus to get your delivery in perfect condition and without delay. Estes seems to pay attention to the tasks at hand, I am willing to pay for that. ************** and *********************

  I was disappointed with the delivery because I was not notified that the delivery was enroute therefore I was not home. The delivery was left in the middle of my driveway, it was raining and I had to figure out how to get the boxes into my garage until I am able to have the item put together. If I would have gotten a call I could have made arrangements to be home and have the item placed inside my garage. So I am Very disappointed in the process that was used. I would like my refund for the delivery *************************

  ***** was super nice. She reassured me l would receive a phone before my delivery, then she realized she didn't have a phone number for me. She asked me for my phone number and put it in the system. She was "spot on" and thorough. I have worked with in customer service and l have heard complaints about coworkers only answering questions they were asked. It doesn't hurt CUSTOMER SERVICE to make sure every "I" is dotted before dismissing the call. She saved your company and myself from extra work. ***** definitely should be recognized by you company for a job well done. Thank you ***** and Estes, ****** K-******.
