      Hello. I would just like to praise the delivery person, who had delivered our items. Unfortunately, I didnt get a chance to tell them in person, due to I see patients from home. The delivery and the service that I received from this person was absolutely amazing!! When I stepped outside, wondering what I was going to experience, I was a little nervous because its been sleeting. The person who delivered our items put everything on a pallet so neatly organized, next to our home. Please, thank the person who delivered our items. My husband and I cant believe what an amazing job, this person has done. Please, forward this message onto them. This person really does need and deserves verbal praise.Very happy and satisfied customer, with our ********************** person. I would highly recommend this company, and this driver.****************

      While I did not have a choice in who delivered my order, I would choose Estes in the future. Overall service and delivery was great!

      We experienced extremely poor customer service with a recent **********************. Our product was damaged during delivery. The package was left, upside down and exposed, on the side of the road 1/10th of a mile from our house (hardly the front door delivery service we were promised). Estes took no accountability for damage of the product and refused to assist or address the situation.

      Estes Express is our only LTL carrier. We don't need anyone else because of their great service. We get the best prices and friendly customer service every time.

      The Estes terminal in ******, ** is AWESOME! From the office workers to the drivers that we see daily, they always provide excellent customer service.
