      We live on a dirt road. We told an office lady to have the driver call me so we could arrange to meet the truck at a nearby convenience store for easy exchange. When he did call, he had already brought the truck down our very narrow dirt road!! He said he was not given the message to call ahead for a meet. He was so nice about it, very professional. The crate was put onto our trailer and it was done. The expertise that truck drivers have to maneuver those rigs amazes me. He was able to back up into our even narrower driveway and head out! I hated the poor conditions for a delivery but the driver was a champ! A 10 out of 10.

      What amazing customer service! We had a shipping issue (with the seller, NOT Estes Express Lines). Everyone we spoke with at Estes was extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved. A special thanks to ******* at the ******* facility for all she did to expedite our delivery! In this day and time, the great customer service ******* provided is the exception, rather than the rule and we are so very grateful to her for her willing assistance and sweet spirit in getting our shipment delivered!       Fast delivery. Plenty of notice, choice of delivery ********** options easy to make, good communication day of delivery, driver dropped the skid in the perfect spot even though we werent there to show him/her. Premium service!

      When you totally destroy shipped product you should be accountable and not blame the shipper for improperly packed shipments. Especially when said shipper ships with other carriers' same product, same packaging with no destruction!

      We have been using Estes for the last few years, using Time Critical for most shipments. I work on a national account and deliver material all over *****************. We are so pleased with Estes we even started having our vendors ship our material out using them. Overall, I am very pleased with how Estes goes above and beyond for our shipments. We deal with the ********, NY terminal the most and they are phenomenal. I speak with a lot of different C.S. **** in various terminals and for the most part they respond to our needs and communicate accordingly to help ensure our material delivers on time. The few snags we have experienced every now and again, they don't pick up after requested, but that could be due to the shipment not being ready at our vendors warehouses, sometimes we don't have the full answer from our vendor. I would recommend using Estes Express to anyone. I also wanted to add the way the responded with their cyber-attack problem was unbelievable, we were so pleased that our shipments still made it to the destination on time, we used them throughout the whole time and couldn't be more thankful for their response.

      Outstanding service! Estes goes above and beyond taking care of their customers. Professional, courteous, and dependable are how I would describe my experience with Estes. The Longivew, Texas terminal gets the job done! Our rep ****** ********...the best!!!

      These people failed to copy a simple phone number from an invoice, mixed the number up and let the package sit in the warehouse for 4 days due to "incorrect phone number" from delivery customer. The right number was taped directly on the package. Unless the worker had dyslexia- in which they probably shouldn't be transferring data onto shipping orders- i don't understand how this mix-up occurred. This tardiness would've costed us thousands if I wasn't able to convince the client it wasn't our fault. I had to call 20 different times to track down our package and just retrieve it from the warehouse myself.Not cool, and the cherry on top? We were charged almost SIX HUNDRED dollars for this complete lack of service! Never, ever, again!
