      I had Mo the Estes Driver deliver my new lathe today. Best delivery! Also Estes Online Tracting is great, and **************** via telephone was excellent.Nothing could have better. Thanks Estes!

      Estes was very efficient and communicative through the delivery process. They check on location details, including how to get the item to the door. The driver notified me ahead of arrival, he moved the item to the door, and he offered to help me into the house with the shipment. And he refused a gratuity that I always give to drivers that are pleasant and helpful with what may be, understandably, a frustrating job at times. Estes gets an all-thumbs up for service.

      The dispatcher who called to arrange the delivery was pleasant and the driver handled the challenging delivery did so with courtesy and skill. Very positive experience.

      Estes and its subcontractor, Narrow Mile, provided good communication and on-time delivery. The driver was very nice and there was no damage to the dresser.

      ESTES website is great. Allows you to follow your shipment right down to the minute of when their driver is delivering. ESTES customer service is attentive and goes above and beyond what is required by today's standards. When our vendors ship ESTES, I'm relieved because our freight will deliver. Delivery instructions will be fulfilled. AND If I have to make any changes with the delivery address, site hours or site contacts, I'm able to take care of it directly instead of going thru a broker or shipper. Keep up the great work ESTES!

      *** had popped open but no noticeable damage. Drivers checked for any loose parts that *** have been missing. Only issue was text messaging to ask if time of delivery was OK. Message was very unclear and not agreed to, but luckily when the driver called on following Monday, I was at home and everything after that was great upon their arrival.
