1 starThere was no one to assist the driver so my husband had to help the driver unload and move the 3 boxes to our ****** weeks after hip surgery. This was unsafe for my husband and the driver. The driver also did not have the right truck or equipment to perform this job. The driver was nice and efficient. Your company needs better safety measures abs more help.Review fromBrian C

5 starsUntil this delivery I had never heard of Estes. I am 100% satisfied with the company and the driver was very considerate with delivery. The package had a very small hole in the top, the diameter was maybe a half an inch. I could put my finger through it. I'm guessing something was set on top of my package, but the product inside was 100% intact. Thank you.Review fromValencia J.

1 starI ordered a dining room table from Target, and Estes was the delivery company they chose to deliver my package. When they delivered the table, they literally left the package in the middle of my front yard. No knock at my door, no phone call, just a text message saying that my delivery was complete, but that was AFTER they were already gone. They even left it on the pallet. Anyone could have taken my item before I was aware that it was outside.Review fromBrian F

1 starEstes did good up to the point where they subcontracted to a third party. Their sub utterly failed. No delivery notice. The dispatch hung up on me. Threw the box over the gate instead of delivering to the building...utter failure to finish an easy delivery.Review fromWilliam A

They are a 5 start company in service. Sometimes it is hard to find trucking companies that take care of things right away. From the office, sales staff and truckers. They will get your product to its destination.
