  Our delivery driver was awesome! Access to our home requires excellent driving skills when in a larger vehicle. The driver called me ahead of time and I was able to explain to him that we live back in the ***** and that he may wish to look at our drive prior to pulling in. He agreed and did so then deciding to back the truck to my home. He was patient and willing to do what was necessary. It was a flawless delivery, and we could not be more pleased.

  *** initially dropped in my driveway blocking my car and said I'd have to move it. It was pouring rain. He moved it over to the grass and it was left all day in the rain. He said he couldn't get the electric pallet lift over a 1/2" stone to get it to the house.It was 4 days early also!Very upset. Local ****** is trying to solve the issues.

  Worst customer service ever. No Saturday options, causing me to miss work. The scheduler was unyielding and unhelpful. The driver arrived after the scheduled four-hour window, was argumentative, and refused to leave my apartment when I told him to. He told me he didn't have to leave because I invited him in to deliver the 180 lb package. He refused to put it where I asked him to and left it in the middle of the entrance. I can't believe I paid hundreds of dollars for this intrusive, disruptive lack of service.

  The delivery went seamlessly, the driver was very courteous and helpful. We have a very unique location, so I called the customer service many times, and they were always helpful, understanding and put up with me. We were very happy with this delivery service and would definitely recommend their service.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience with my Estes delivery. I didnt specify that I want a predelivery call at least 30 minutes ahead, nor did I specify that I wanted the delivery dropped off in my garage. However, when I called back, the dispatcher volunteered to call the driver to see if he could/would come back to place he package into my garage. She called and he agreed to come back. The driver would not take any tip or extra payment. I didnt think to ask his name but he was very nice and extremely professional. I would recommend Estes to anyone who wants something delivered timely and correctly.

  Delivery driver was professional and nice. Did not leave goods out in the street like some carriers do but brought them up to the house. Arrived ahead of schedule. Pleasant experience.
