      Terrible experience from start to finish. Estes Express was responsible for picking up excess construction material after a home improvement project and returning it to *********** Their employee buckled my driveway with the forklift when loading the truck. This was in mid-June, and I provided pictures and an estimate from a contractor for repair. After repeated deadlines to contact me came and went with no response over the course of 2 months, my claim was denied based on a 3-year old picture off the internet that didn't even show the location of the driveway in question and was from prior to my ownership of the house. When I disputed the denial and provided a letter from my contractor that the damage was not pre-existing, their representative didn't even know that I had provided the pictures and that no one from their office had been on site. After another month of waiting for them to come by, they admitted they were at fault but would only cover a portion of the repair. My job was not large in the scope of what they do, and it still couldn't get done correctly. Their refusal to take professional responsibility makes me embarrassed for them. If this is the kind of apathy acceptable in their organization, they have my sympathy. I would leave zero stars if possible.

      Absolutely HORRIBLE delivery service! Website stated estimated delivery Oct 11 and since my furniture arrived at a hub 45 minutes from my home at 6am that morning, I scheduled help to bring it in and I had my old furniture hauled off. It's Oct 14 and the furniture is still at the hub 45 minutes from my home!! No courtesy call and no explanation as to why it has taken over 3 days to make a 45 minutes trip.When you call, you're on hold forever and still get sent to a voicemail. I finally got through to dispatch and he confirmed that my delivery had arrived at the hub and was unloaded on the 11th and stated that it was company protocol that it be delivered within 48 hours of being unloaded but yet here I am with still no furniture!!I will never order anything shipped by Estes again and quite frankly they need to remove "express" from their name!

      Arrived way sooner than expected. I was given ample notice the day of. Actually upset I didnt have cash to tip the driver because he went above and beyond as to not scratch my driveway. Far better job than most LTL services.

      Delivery of my order was without any issues. Driver was pleasant, courteous and professional. My item was quite large and heavy but arrived in good condition.
