My vanity came in damaged and they didn't even want to bring it in my home in the box and didn't want to pick it up after I opened it I had to contact the company I purchased it from

I had no idea this item was coming on a particular day until your driver called to give a heads-up and to coordinate. Outstanding communication, and the item was placed on a pallet so it wouldnt get wet in the snow!!! Amazing service, kind person on the delivery end, and thoughtful placement of a bulky item. I spoke with someone about delivery and possibility of picking up- they were all awesome! Truly assisted as I was trying to sort out. When I realized that we couldnt pick up, they were fantastic ensuring that the door was wrapped up in case we werent home. Grateful for everyone involved and their patience as I tried to sort it out. Very unreliable. I tired to return a never used bed for a refund it's the wrong size I was told that they will contact us on a date 4 times they never got back to me. don't use Estes express lines.Estes Express Lines

This is my first residential experience with Estes, and it was very positive. A woman called me the day before to schedule and confirm delivery, and she was very nice. I haven't opened the delivery yet, but from the outside, it appears to be in great condition. The delivery driver was also very nice and friendly. I felt bad that I didnt offer him to use the facilities or if he wanted something to drink, but I didnt have the option for either that day. I hope they are delivering the second part of my order when its ready as well.Estes Express Lines
