      Been trying to cancel for months. Completely fulfilled our contractual obligation.
      Called a couple months before the contract was up hoping to cancel. Was told I would have to pay the remaining balance to cancel. Waited until the contract was up, called and was on hold several times for hours with no one answering.
      After we shut off the bank information, they finally left a voicemail from a different number than the customer service number. Called back and they wanted the back months pay to cancel.
      They could not seem to understand why I was upset that no one would answer a customer service number, email, or chats through the website.
      Not a great feeling since day 1, and worse lately. Don't recommend.

      This company is a fraud, BEWARE. Once you are signed up, even if you follow-through with their ever-changing instructions, they will continue to charge you and harass you. Horrible.

      Front point over charged for months. Their white box continually failed so I always had to call them to reboot. Sometimes went weeks without a reboot. When I got sick of it and tried to leave, they charged me $45 to close out my account, even though no contract. So done with them forever.

      I have been a customer for more close to 15 years. The first few years were great. I had some equipment issues in 2019, called and was told I needed some new/updated equipment. To get this equipment I needed to commit to a 36 month contract, which I did. Fast forward, the equipment is no longer staying connected to my wifi, I've called numerous times, waited on hold, and given a different excuse every time as to why the equipment isn't working. I am past my 36 months, and told them yesterday I want out of the contract. The agent told me I now have a 60 month contract! I tried to find my contract, and shame on me I have apparently lost it. I now have sub par equipment and paying a monthly fee for this equipment that several times a day I get a message that my system is not working. I would avoid FrontPoint at all cost! Horrible customer service, sub par equipment, and a scam. It's unfortunate a once good company has become this

      called to cancel service, they continued to bill us, called again and told we had to go online to complete the cancel service. They require a new credit card to cancel so they can bill the next month. Told by online chat that if we dont give a credit card, the service is not cancelled and told to call again.

      Leveraged the death of a loved one for a sale, gave me the run around when I tried to cancel the trial so I was FORCED to enter a contract with them. Then charged me for an extra month on a system I wasn't going to need a day after the cancelation. An absolute scam of a company.

      Since I’ve had this system, over a year now since 2021. My cameras have not been working. I’ve called FrontPoint( customer service call back, but 98% of the time they don’t call back and when they do ,they have poor service. The lack of help is systemically poor.
      They make you do a 36 month contract, a contract that they have breached and when you try to back out from that contract that they breached. They want you to pay over $800 to back out of the contract.
      That’s the type of business that FrontPoint is doing to me.

      I bought a new home and .....moved out of my house and asked frontpoint to cancel via phone. They stated that they would cancel and didn't. Then I called AGAIN ...this time sending me an email on April 20, 2022 to cancel, click on a button to follow all the instructions.....followed EVERYTHING. They are now billing me for ONE YEAR of services that I have never received.
      In addition, they want me now to pay the remaining amount on my credit card ?!?!? Really? After they already billed me for months in 2022 without my permission.
      Incredible. Tried to resolve again just now Feb 2023. and again they sent me the link.
      Not pressing it instead will be posting weekly negative reviews until they credit me the difference going back to April 2022. This is INSANE!!!

      I had the service for years, and when I canceled (due to moving), I noticed a few months later they were still charging. I reached out via chat and was told I had to call customer service. After sitting on hold, I was told I didn't cancel (which is false) and had to go through a process in which they sent a link, and I had to fill out the information. I added the data, including a new credit card number for payment, and at the end received an error message telling me I had to call customer service again. After another call and a long time on hold, the agent told me I had to give my credit card over the phone. Then he said they had it on file and came back and said he needed it again. I also asked why I was being charged for two months. I had to pay for another month of not using the service. What a ripoff. The call dropped as I was getting my credit card out to pay.
      Not only will I never use this service, but I will also make it a point to tell everyone in my new community looking for a security system never to use this company. I will also post on every social media page my experience in hopes that anyone who needs to cancel - make sure you record their conversation and save any documentation. They make their cancellation process almost impossible, and it takes hours to get your service canceled - even after being a customer for YEARS. Looking at these reviews, it seems I am not alone when it comes to the cancellation issue.

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They refuse to allow you to cancel your account via telephone, as you need to reply to an email, when you try to login to the account with the link they send, it LOCKS YOU OUT. Tells you to contact customer service for help, but they will leave you on hold for hours and do not take your call (they seem to know who is calling and that they want their account cancelled) and you are never able to get in touch with a customer service representative! Tried multiple times, for multiple days to reach a customer service representative, each time extremely long hold times, and no one answered the call. My longest hold time was 3 hours and 10 minutes. They have got a great SCAM they are running and will lock you into an auto payment that they refuse to let you cancel! Going to the bank and canceling the auto draft is also futile as they will KEEP CHARGING YOU for months after they cancel your service for non payment, MY FAVORITE PART. Then they send you to collections! We will be reporting this company and their deceitful business practices to our state attorney general. THIS COMPANY AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE CROOKS AND SHISTERS - STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!
