      Edges of a honey just is going to put the initial service was okay but I've waited for over 30 days for contacts after I was told it would be 2 weeks and now I find out that the manufacturer is back ordered but yet they will not refund my money because they had to order them from the manufacturer and they're shipping directly to me but yet they don't have them to ship to me. ******** customer service would definitely find a better place.

      This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a medical ********* mom had an eye exam with Dr. **** and needed a signature for a DMV vision form. She visited three times each time being told different things. Last Saturday, staff said the doctor hadnt signed the form and acted like it wasnt their problem. When my mom (understandably frustrated) asked why no one contacted her, the staff rudely told her to leave and said the form would be ready Tuesday.Since my mom works, I called today before going to pick it up only to be told by the manager, *********, that my mom needs to come back and see the doctor again. This was NEVER explained before. When I questioned the inconsistency, she kept cutting me off and repeating, I wasnt there, I dont know.When I said Id report this to the BBB, she literally threatened to cancel all of my moms records. A manager, instead of helping resolve the issue, blamed the patient and said she had nothing to say because I was yelling.Unbelievable. No accountability, no professionalism, no respect for patients. If this is how the manager treats people, I cant even imagine what the rest of the experience will be like.

      I purchased a pair of glasses for my child last fall. at the time, I paid an additional fee to have insurance in the event they were broken. I took the glasses in to my local store on Wednesday, may 28th. After 3 weeks, I called and was informed there was an issue with the insurance company but they were hoping to get approval on them and get a new pair of glasses but it would be an additional 2 weeks. It has now been over 6 weeks and I have not heard anything from anyone at the store and I don't have glasses for my child. Totally unacceptable.

      I received an email that I was due for an eye exam. I scheduled at the *********** location in ************. as it is closer to where I resided. First time there. I was called into a room and started getting my eyes looked at. The lady started talking about how old I was loudly and there is no door on this room, so I changed the subject then she said she was 62 so I forced a compliment out. Then I was taken to the optometrists room with a door who put drops in my eyes saying she was dilating them, but nothing happened, just blurry. When your eyes are dilated they become extremely sensitive to light and you need sunglasses for a long time, this never happened. I told the *** it was just blurry she said yeah that's how it is. I ignored it because I could tell they were playing games with me at this point. Then I was sat with a guy who went over the glasses I wanted. I chose the same exact pair that are covered because they work and look good on me, he denied me my glasses because the *** said no change in my vision which was a lie, so I walked out without an new pair of glasses after a year which I was supposed to be able to get. I asked for a call from a manager I guess and he just gaslit me and complained and did nothing. Now I'm not sure if I will be able to get an updated pair. I had none of these issues at another location. Zero stars. They were awful to me.

      My wife and I visited MyEyeDr at 11:50 AM for an eye exam. After being seen by the doctor, we were left to wait for a staff member, *****, to assist us. She was already helping another ********, and we patiently waited for her to finish. However, ***** took 20 minutes with this ********, and when she was done, instead of helping us, she started assisting another ******** who arrived after us.Eventually, she began to help us, but then she shifted her attention to a third ******** in the middle of assisting us. It was clear we were being ignored. When she finally returned to us, she gave my wife a $600 estimate for glasses. We asked for a breakdown of the charges, which included style and material choices for the lenses. I requested to change the lens style twice, and ***** snapped, accusing me of "wasting her time" for not making a quick decision. Her rude and argumentative behavior was completely unacceptable, especially given that we had already been waiting for so long while she helped other ********s.We demanded to speak to her supervisor, and ***** called **** from the ******* branch. During the call, she denied being rude and continued to argue. We asked staff to check the security footage, but shockingly, there were no cameras in the store. We ended up wasting over 1.5 hours there and left without purchasing anything.Later, I spoke with ****, who explained the lack of cameras by saying the clinic rented the space. I found this explanation absurdwhy would an eye clinic operate without security cameras? **** assured me he would address the issue with ***** and escalate it to his supervisor, though I wasnt satisfied with his response.I also asked how to file an official complaint, and I plan to contact ******** relations and corporate. The behavior we encountered from ***** was appalling and unprofessional. MyEyeDr must address this serious issue, as what we experienced was utterly unacceptable.

      The store was completely unable to assist and I had to get corporate involved over what should have been something simple. However disappointed I was with the store, after I had to contact the corporate office on my own, the corporate person who called me back went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I was completely impressed with her. She turned a horrible experience into an amazing one and I am very thankful for it. Now *that* is how you keep from losing business!

      I was charged almost $200 for a $10 visit according to my insurance. I explained a problems with my left and my vision is getting worse in the eye but the doctor said nothing is wrong with it. I need my money back in order to go to another doctor asap! I reached out to the office and still awaiting assistance from ******** ********. This place needs to be shut down ASAP and I am extremely afraid and no one seems to care that my vision is blurry in left eye. None of these fees were discussed and then at checkout a $10 visit becomes $200. Please help!!

      I always go to the myeyedr in ***************, ************ for eye exam. I requested for **(********* distence). In the different days, they told me the different numbers, and said if I need to measure the PD in the store, they will charge me $30. People go to glasses store for eye exam for glassese need. eye exam has reponse to check and let know all information needed for getting glasses, should not has additional charge for PD. ******* store wants customs to buy glasses in the store. Customs have right to buy glasses in anywhere.

      I paid $495 for my frames when I went to get my eye glasses the lenses did not work a remake was done and the lenses were better but they also came with frames but they were cheaper looking and they tried to trick me to getting the cheaper looking frames and would not change the remade lenses and when I kept asking them they were got rude and obnoxious and was yelling at me this is unacceptable behavior and I was left with the wrong lenses now because they would not fit the remade lenses on to my initial frames which I paid $495 for instead tried to trick me into keeping the remake frames that looked different in color and design and also looked cheap. This is bad practice. Now Im left without proper vision.

      I would have left negative stars. I make my appointments online. The last appointment i made was for the four of us, 2 adults and 2 children. We waited 3 months to go to our appointment in ******** so we could see an in person doctor. We also did all of our confirmations. Well, when we arrived we were told that 2 of our appointments were cancelled because we can only schedule 2 family members per day. Did not say that anywhere online so i cancelled the rest of our appointments. Ok so thought I'd try again. Made an appointment online for my husband and i only at *********** this time. We did the messaging confirmations that was sent to our phones. Waited three weeks for our appointment and guess what? Yep. These people cancelled my husbands appointment. Why? Because he didn't answer his phone to an unknown number to comfirm his appointment. But he confirmed it in the message. We even showed the receptionist. No he has to reschedule. I cancelled my appointment again. We will never be going back to myeyedr. Making appointments with them is useless, they can cancel when they feel like it and no one is held accountable. A waste of time and gas. I have been to the ************, S and **********, and also the ****** store.
