      Terrible experience at MyEyeDoctor in Hollywood, Florida. They took over the eye doctor’s business that I used to go. So many things that are wrong, I don’t know if I remember everything.
      They overcharged me regardless the fact that I keep telling them something is wrong. Beside the fact that I’ve spent one hour explaining them that they’re wrong without anyone listening to me.
      They added $15 protection plan without asking me about.
      When I asked about the Crizal coating they just added the “Rock” without explaining me that they have other options. When I asked the manager why the “Rock” he said it’s the best witch it’s not true(with an arrogant face looking at me like I’m an idiot who doesn’t know anything about it). It might be the best anti scratching but not the best Crizal offers.
      When I asked where is the Crizal Certificate of Authenticity the same manager said that I didn’t asked for one(I’ve been going there for 10 years and I always got one with my glasses from the previous business). How do I know I’ve got what I’ve paid for?
      When I told the manager they’ve lost me as a customer, he’s reaction was close to “Whatever”, it’s your choice.

      I did not have a good experience at the Dallas location. I had been trying to get my prescription correct since April.. Finally mid August I have a pair of glasses.Despite that,the bright spot I did want to mention, is the helpful fitting Tech Olivia. She was very professional and did her best to help after others failed. So I am very grateful to her. She made the experience a little better.

      I took my 17 year old for an update on her contact lens prescription. I called first to find out the price. I was told $140. When we checked out the price was $285. They said the extra charges were necessary procedures. I asked why I wasn't told that. They said the regular eye exam was $140 but that she was getting contacts. I told them that I originally asked for the price of the exam for contact lenses. Every part of my experience from check-in to the doctor to the payment was full of bad customer service. I will never go back the store located at *** ************ **** *** *********** ** ****** *********

      I have been trying to get a pair of sunglasses since May 27, 2022. The first pair took over a month because the frame was broken and it had to be reordered. No one told me why there was a delay until I went to finally pick up my glasses. The lenses in the glasses were made incorrectly so they had to be redone. I decided to choose a different frame because I did not want to risk another delay because of the frame being broken, again. I finally received the second pair of sunglasses and they were unable to be adjusted to fit my face without them falling off. I ordered a third pair of sunglasses - that frame was misplaced and now I am waiting for the replacement to be delivered to the store. I did not go on my family vacation with the rest of my family waiting for my glasses only to be told on the day of pickup that they would not be ready for another five days.
      It has been five days and they are still not ready. This company is horrible. They do not care about their customers. I have glaucoma and need sunglasses. This process started May 27, 2022 and I still do not have a pair of sunglasses and it is August 8, 2022. I am outraged at the lack of customer care. You would get better service at Costco. I have been to the Millville DE my eye dr and the Olney, MD my eye dr. It is not the individual stores, it is the lab and technicians that work for my eye dr. I think they send the glasses to another country to be made. No other explanation for such poor response to problems. Stay away.

      If I could give this place a negative star I would. I had an appointment scheduled at 2pm and showed up. For some reason they canceled it because I "didn't confirm with their phone call". I really need someone to give me a rationale for that one because that is the first time anyone has canceled an appointment for me medically related because of a missed confirmation call. It shouldn't matter at all especially If I show up, which I did. Also I really needed that appointment because my vision has been deteriorating and I was excited about getting that issue fixed, but this place absolutely did not care.

      I took two pair of Silhouette glasses to have prescription they prescribed in glasses 6-1-2022. I have used what once was Bay Vision on Clear Lake City Blvd in Houston for 25 plus years . Now it is MYEYEDR.
      It is now 8-4-2022. They have lost one pair put wrong color in sunglasses.Everyone there is a MANAGER but can’t help me. Excuses.
      Excuses - so now they have my glasses and $800. So my next call is to my attorney. NEVER USE THESE PLACES.
      They even told me their lab was horrible. How sad and upsetting since I need my glasses.

      My review is regarding the location in Fort Worth on 7th St. This place is a total scam. I went in for new contacts and expected the advertised special which was $199 for eye exam, 1 years worth of contacts and free sunglasses. Sounds great but, almost $400 later that is not what I got. The dr prescribed a different contact lens, a cheaper one in a smaller quantity, and they refused to honor the special. So I switched to the other special $199 for eye exam and a pair of glasses. Then they changed for the contact lens exam which brought the total to $380. I am extremely happy.
