      I am on Medicare and had only $300 allowance for a pair of glasses. I was pressured by the tech in Wilmington NC to get a certain pair. And because of the limit funds available I could not afford the warranty. Within a couple months the lenses were already pitted. Not only that, the prescription is not right and I already need a new pair. I just got these in May of this year. The quality of these glasses suck.

      Never notified the glasses were ready for pickup. Pickup is first come, first serve. No waiting area. Took them a long time to find them. Left lens correction was worse than my uncorrected sight. They wanted to blame me. Fortunately, my insurance allowed me to dispute the charge and the business refunded the purchase.

      A bunch of snakes looking to scam you out of money. If you’re looking for someone that will lie to you and try to steal your money I’d highly recommend the Mishawaka, IN location. If you’re looking for an eye doctor to complete an eye exam and not lie to you. Don’t go here. This place is worse than a used car lot. I would never recommend these liars to anyone.

      I went to this store end of July 2020 because I’m having problems with my eye glasses. Since I had purchased a warranty I requested a replacement pair.
      On August 17, 2020 I returned to the store because I wasn’t contacted and approximately 2 weeks had passed. At that time the order for the replacement glasses had never been placed. Immediately they started asking who did I talk to. Did I need to write the information of the person I spoke to? I wasn’t aware how incompetent and unprofessional the staff at this location were otherwise I would have done it.
      Lisa came to me and said “I’m going to help you and make sure order is processed”
      10 days ago I received a call from Lisa, she asked “How’re you doing with your new glasses “
      Well, I was surprised because I didn’t have it and I asked her to talk to the office manager, still waiting for that phone call.
      Today, after waiting over a month, I called hoping that I will talk to the office manager. I was told by Carmen and Carla that manager wouldn’t be in until tomorrow then I asked for corporate phone number and both of them denied my request. When Carla came to the phone she said “my love, how can I help you?” Very unprofessional!!!!! I’m not anyone’s love!!!
      At this point I’m frustrated and regretting to have gone to this place. Worse place to go for your eye care needs

      I went in for an issue with my glasses being foggy it's being foggy Halloween they quickly looked it up and found I had a warranty and within 15 minutes had ordered my new lenses. Very pleased. Thanks Camill!

      Big liars. After office got my Medicare and supplements cards confirmed my portion for eyes exam will be 0. But they got $35 and After every single day calling you owed us $65 ,,CEO'S of Company name Sue you must be ashamed. Your office did its job right but you didn't.
      Sue here is United States of America ???? the Land of justice and the land of US retired Citizens

      The location in Milford on RT 28 is not customer focused. The office had 1 other customer, I arrived 8 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment that I had to wait 2 months to get. A year ago they had to reorder my glasses because they forgot to do transitional and scratch resistant. I will not be back.

      I took my daughter to the West Wendover location for an exam; she took my ID and her insurance which is Medicaid. Medicaid pays for everything even my youngest daughter had her braces done and Medicaid paid for every penny of it. Anyways after the exam and finding the classes that she was wanting to put the Lindsay and we get to the front and they’re telling me that I have to pay a certain amount or put a certain amount down so they can send for the lenses And I told them that we have Medicaid and Medicaid pays for that so after this confusion I told them that I would wait and send my mother there when she get off work. When I get home I called Medicaid myself and I told them the situation and they even said that Medicaid pays for their lenses in their frames until they’re 21 every year and then after 21 they’ll pay for the frame and lenses every two years . when my mother went there she already knew what’s the Medicaid person had said and then they tell my mother that they don’t take insurance from nobody when they had already showed me many different prices because I was a Medicaid patient so I don’t know what that was about if they were trying to get more money…… I just don’t understand from what her eye exam said she needed those glasses ASAP because they said that she had a stigma in her eyes and remember my daughters 18 years old. So do not go to this company because I don’t know what’s going on with it but I know that they’re trying to be sneaky about something. I would give them a zero if I could. It’s such a shame ppl act this way when ppl put their trust into you and you take advantage. One day some how all your wrong doings will come back. Believe that! ???????? Bless it Be

      I have given this franchise a total of a year to correct their issues. The doctors that work for this firm are fine. It’s MyeyeDr the franchise that is absolute garbage. Over a year every single interaction I have has been met with failure. From sending me the wrong frames, wrong prescription to even most recently cutting my frames wrong. They are never punctual and do little to nothing to fix this other than add to the delay it takes to do simple tasks a normal optometrist would get done. I would rather get prostate cancer than ever having to do business with a franchise that clearly only cares about expansion and profits. I hope your reign is short.

      Made an appointment for 9 am. Got there at 830 only to have a family of four jump in front of me. They really booked 5 people for 9am. We won't be coming back.
