      We met with ******* ***** a salesman for ********* on 4/6/23 for 2 water issues in our basement. We belive they would not have sent him if he didn't know how to assess properly. A sump pump (****) and a retaining wall (****). He said they do this all the time. Our problem is with the retaining wall. Two weeks after the wall was built, water/moisture was getting in again. Called BC, came out and said the dirt was to high, he shoveled it down and we should be fine. Next hard rain,water and moisture, called BC, he came out. Said he was calling an expert, his dad who I believe works for the company in another state. Our house is in this state. He may be an expert but he is not here. Next hard rain/moisture,texted BC. His response was they have done the best they can and I should try a landscape company. I contacted the main office and asked for someone to come out to look at the problem. **** came out and looked inside the basement, suggested a sump pump. When he explained the problem, I asked if he knew what BC had said what was causing the problem and what BC had done. No, he didn't because he didn't check outside until I asked him. He called BC. He took some pictures and said the he would talk to his supervisor and he said he would get back to me the next day. He said he would make sure he talked to me. We have not heard from anyone. It has been 2 weeks. We are not sure if they sent 2 less knowledgable or inexperienced guys, or because are seniors and because my husband is disabled and could not go down the basement we were just easy to take advantage of. This situation is very disappointing. Bussinesses should have enough integrity no ****er how small or big your problem and the amount you pay.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the issues and have forwarded them to management. They informed us that our Service Manager came out to flood test the system and noticed that the water was coming in to the house from an unexpected area. With permission, he removed a small section of the drywall and found a non usable cable line that was installed through a hole in the exterior wall. He flood tested the system again and the water was coming from that hole. He dug down on the exterior and sealed the hole so the water could not come back through.

      I am sorry that I have not responded. ******** has agreed to refund our money. I have not received that refund yet. Just waiting for it. I appreciate the integrety that **** showed and ****** ****** to understand what had happened and why we had asked for the refund.

      DEVASTATED, TO SAY THE LEAST,
      Work Performed on May 11- 16 2023. Cost *** ******
      ***** ****** assured and guaranteed that the work they performed would correct the issue I had with my foundation; it had been cracking and separating. Upon completion, the cracks in the foundation had not been filled or pushed together as ***** ****** assured it would. It now looks worst than it did before the job was performed and the issue of the crack and separation in the foundation remains. They claimed that I DECLINED A RECOMMENDED OPTION, which was NOT offered to me at all. ***** ****** showed me examples of the results of the work to be performed and those results for my foundation did not match the examples provided to me whatsoever. I was not aware that my foundation would potentially look worst than in the beginning. The "RECOMMENDED OPTION" that they say I declined would have potentially made a difference. I employed them to fix the problem according to the pictures shown as part of their advertisement brochures and the video **** ****** presented to me. The pictures included in this complaint are of the completed job and the other set of pictures is the results I would have expected shown in their brochures. Had they made me aware of this option in the beginning this could have potentially made a difference. RECOMMENDED OPTIONS:
      1. Settlestop poly renewal
      2. Settlestop Caulk Repair
      3. Settlestop poly renewal,
      They have devalued my home and have made it un-sellable in its current state.
      After I expressed my disappointment and devastation where I could barely speak to Mrs. ***** she said she would have ****** ****** contact me, however I had to contact him. Mr. ****** he suggested another type of fix at another cost to fill in the cracks which they should have done in the beginning.

They informed us the Production Manager made a site on 7/12 and agreed to tuck point a crack using a subcontractor to satisfy the Customer. We are getting contractor bids to get the area fixed.

      In August 2022, ******* ********** service performed concrete leveling services on our driveway and sidewalk. In the process, they experienced a blowout that deposited polyurethane foam all over our exterior siding and on portions of the drywall within our garage. The siding was brand new, and the foam immediately adhered. The employees attempted to clean the siding but their actions irreparably damaged the siding. No attempt to clean up the drywall on the interior of our garage was made.

      We have spent the months since trying to get resolution on having our siding repaired/replaced and have estimates indicating the cost would be around ****. Each time we contact the company we are referred to another person or another department, with each person promising a prompt response though never actually following through.

      We were told 2 weeks ago that a check was being issued to cover the cost of the siding repairs, however that check has not been received. We contacted the company again today regarding the check and were told to email yet another person.

      It has been 11 months with no resolution and we have grown weary.

      *** did work on our home under the previous owners approximately two years ago. We bought the home just after. We’ve had ongoing issues since. Yesterday our basement flooded. We had another company come and help clean up. Called *** to come out and we were told they couldn’t get to us till August 29. Who knows what will happen before then especially with summer storms!

      On 05/27/2023 ***** ****** gave us an estimate/contract for work to be done on our crawlspace. Contract was signed and ***** was put down for work scheduled on 06/23. On 06/22 a tornado came through and left some standing water so the work could not be completed. After that no one will return my calls or emails or messages. ***** has only said that they’re busy and that was a week and a half ago. Two voicemails to the company have gone unanswered and I need a refund of my deposit as nothing is being done to even attempt to complete the project as agreed upon.

      *** did concrete leveling at my home. some of the pieces have shifted again and I have tried numerous times to get in touch with them and get no return calls. I tried to get out of the work due to health reasons (stage 4 lung cancer) and they wouldn't give me my deposit back. The workmanship is horrible and nobody returns calls.

      Do not use this company. they did so many damages to my home and a unprofessional install. they damaged my stucco foundation hitting with shovels.. they also used a spray to lift stairs which failed. the stairs broke and as they over sprayed the stairs to lift them as I was told by one of their inspectors they were so sloppy they shot the material on to my brand new siding and damaged it. i been dealing with the office girl for months i also had several visits by the their special inspectors and was told they where sending companies out for estimates and nothing but only one as we also gotten an estimate for almost 6k. its been 7 months and nothing from them the company they sent out was even more than the estimate I got. they even installed the box for the pump on to there special vinyl covering that covers the wall and tacked this alarm on it thats pulling off the wall. i cant believe these clowns are in business.

      Basement repair included drain construction installed for leaky basement. Walls have been covered with a water proof material (plastic) that can not be nailed through on and makes the basement unlivable for any purpose. The company stated to me to use construction glue on the product. This is not acceptable by contractors doing remodeling my home. this needs to be repaired or removed by ******** ********** *********. At this time no stairs or walls are able to be added to the basement of the house this has caused a damage to my home.

      On 05/10/2023, I hired ********* ********** ********* to undertake several repairs around my house. The agreed-upon repairs included repairing sinking brick steps and a walkway leading to the front entryway, building a retaining wall with a proper drainage system, repairing and painting all damaged fascia and soffit, and installing new seamless 6" gutters with covers. The total cost of the repair was agreed upon as *********** The salesperson, ***** *****, assured me that the brick steps and the walkway would look as good as when they were originally built.
      Prior to the start of the job, I requested a written description of the job agreement on multiple occasions. However, Mr. ***** continually delayed providing the written description, citing various excuses such as illness, constant delays, and computer system issues preventing him from describing the job in detail.
      On 06/01/2023, the installation crew attempted to lift the brick steps and the walkway but encountered numerous difficulties. They oscillated between using Helical Piers and injecting Poly substance (liquid foam) under the concrete, promising a satisfactory final repair outcome. However, the results were a complete failure.
      The brick steps are now crooked, with one side higher than the other by more than an inch. They deviate from the wall by approximately 2 inches vertically and horizontally. Additionally, the concrete walkway is uneven by 2 inches, posing a trip hazard. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the installation crew, they informed me that no further corrective measures could be taken and that the damage caused was irreversible. The result as it stands now is not acceptable.
      I requested that ********* restore my brick steps by removing the Helical Piers they installed. Furthermore, I requested a refund of my initial deposit, amounting to *********. However, ********* has denied both of my requests for a refund and has even demanded additional payment for the work conducted.

      We had our foundation repaired last year and in the past month has shifted enough that our back door is now stuck shut to where we can’t use it. We have reached out multiple times to to project leader and gotten zero response, reached out to the main line and gotten the run around, and we spent way too much money to now get zero service from the issues caused by the work done. We have to get the problem fixed and can’t even get a response or someone scheduled to come back out and fix the problem when the foundation should not have shifted this much this soon.
