  AFS came to do my crawlspace drainage. The guys did a great job, they were very polite, they cleaned up nicely, too. I was especially impressed by the way they treated my family and respected my home. The service was great, and I love the lifetime warranty and the fact that it will transfer to a new owner if I sell the home. This increased the value of my home, the quality of our air, and the health of my family. Special thanks to the crew: Nikoli ** Clay *, and Tyler *. Also, the communication and information I received from the sales rep, Garret *, were professional and precise. I got three companies to quote this, and AFS gave me the best options to choose from, the best prices, and the best warranty. Let me save you some time and trouble, call AFS first. You won't be sorry!

  Edgar, John, and David did an excellent job working on my foundation. Everything was explained clearly and all of my questions were answered. They encouraged me to watch what they were doing so I could have a first hand look at the process and know what was being done for my foundation. The team worked well together and the whole process went smoothly. I would recommend this team and AFS to anyone who is considering foundation work and repairs. You will not be dissappointed.

  The workers were kind and courteous. Explain what they were doing did it in a timely manner, and cleaned up when they were finished did exactly what I wanted them to do nothing more nothing less good communication all the way through the process.

  Andre ******** showed up on time, understood the problem that needed to be addressed, evaluated the condition of the crawl space and clearly explained a proposed solution. I appreciate the professionalism and look forward to completion of the work.

  We signed a contract in December 2024 for basement encapsulation with Rob *********  The work was performed and all seemed to be well. My husband Keith **** went into the crawlspace to inspect and noticed that there was no drain installed as per the contract. Tar Heel was called and assured us that it would be done. We phoned and texted numerous times over the course of a few months and NOTHING WAS DONE!!!! I want to warn people to inspect all work before the workers leave, for once they have your money, THEY DO NOT CARE!!!

  I just had my foundation level . The foreman Thomas and his crew (Ian & Carlos) worked well together. They were very respectful and efficient. Thomas explained everything to me were I understood. I would highly recommend Groundworks.

  Contracted Mountvalley(Groundwork’s) to shore up some inadequately supported areas of our foundation. The crew was very professional. The Forman kept me informed throughout the process.

  The crew leader (Jacob)was great - he explained everthing to me so I could understand. When he was done he showed me the pictures he took & said I would get all the pictures with my final report. Jacob's crew was perfect - they worked well with Jacob & were very efficient. Finished the job in less time then I had expected. Great crew - treat them well - they are worth it!

  Aaron ****** and Ryon ******* leveled my foundation in record time, with the kind of thoroughness and efficiency you only get from tradespeople who really know their craft. Of course every worksite has different factors to consider, but in my case, they were able to finish in a fraction of the time they estimated. My background is in engineering, so I take construction safety seriously; I felt totally comfortable with their methods, and they're good informative communicators. Based on my experience with these two employees, I would highly recommend working with Groundworks.
