DON'T HIRE ALPHA FOUNDATION THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET THE JOB AND TO GET THE DEPOSIT BUT THEN TELL YOU THEY CAN'T DO THE JOB. THIS IS WHAT THEY DID TO US. WE CLEARED OUR LOT, RENTED ANOTHER PLACE JUST FOR THEM TO SHOW UP AFTER PROVIDING US WITH AN ESTIMATE AND SAY THEY CAN'T DO THE WORK.

Groundworks did a foundation repair on my home in March of 2025. I had cracks in the brick and i was told by James who came out to do the inspection that those cracks would disappear when the foundation repair was complete which they didn't. If you watch their TV commerical they show how the cracks disappear. I was misinformed by both James and their commerical. I called the office to let them know the cracks did not disappear, so they sent Blake out to chalk the cracks, which now stands out like a sore thumb. I had called Groundworks to have my foundation repair because the shifting of my foundation was causing my front door to shift leaving me unable to properly lock my door. Groundworks knew this from the very beginning that this was my main reason for hiring them as the foundation repair would help my door locking issue. which it did for awhile, but i am currently have issues with locking my door properly again. A few days after the foundation repair the flooring at the threshold of my front door began to lift up. I pointed this out to Blake when he came to chalk the cracks in the brick. I feel this is a direct result of the shoddy foundation repair. I sent pictures of the flooring issue to Blake and we spoke on the phone about it. I told him Groundworks needed to repair the flooring and i was basicly told that that was not their problem so they are refusing to take responsiblity for repairing it. Only reason they got two stars is because the employees were friendly, but friendly doesn't fix my floor. I would never recommend Groundworks because they don't back up their work when other issues like my flooring, come up directly related to their foundation repair work.Groundworks, LLC

5 starsOur drain work was completed almost three years ago and faithfully mount valley has been proactive on their service.
Moreover, the knowledge of our technicians and their patience is noteworthy.
On 16 May 2025, PHILLIP * found and fixed some issues we did not discover. Absolutely one of the best technicians I ever met and a gentleman.

5 starsI met with Corey last night. He put all my fears to rest. He explained step by step what was going to be done and why. He explained the financing options, the materials used and the length of time it would be to complete the project. He kept asking if I had any questions. 5 starsWe had a flooded crawlspace. The best in the business. Very informative. Clear and concise. Gave us many options. Daniel is a wonderful and honest person and was so helpful with our questions. The crew lead by Anthony, with Jordan, Uriel, and Richard did professional work. The finished product is wonderful and can already feel the results in the house. Would 1000% recommend. 5 starsMy foundation experience was a very unexpected one. John *** Brandon **, Francisco **, and Gilbert was a team second to none. Their true personal concern for our home was one seldom found in workers today. They explained everything very clearly and were very patient with us as we walked through this process. 5 starsDavid * and James * came out and did an awesome job on our crawlspace. I was originally told the job would be completed in 3 days and they had it done in 2. They showed up and both worked until the job was completed on the second day. We had originally gone with another company who was cheaper. After this company was done 3 years later we had to have Tarheel come out to put jacks and metal beam under our house. This was to fix an issue the other company stated they could fix with a dehumidifier. But let me tell you cheaper isnt always better. If you are on the fence about getting your crawlspace encapsulated just do it and only use Tarheel Basement!Review fromMichael L
