5 starsSantos and his crew(s) did excellent work in our foundation repair. Despite some initial inspection oversight they responded well to required design changes and communicated effectively. Everything possible was done to complete the work in a timely manor, including additional workers and weekends where required. The basement was restored with all removed items reinstalled and cleanup was thorough and complete. Santos is a talented worker, leader and excellent communicator, explaining every step in the process.Review fromChris F

5 starsRon, Pat and Von were scheduled for a five day project in leveling the floors and completed it in four days. Team members arrived on time, answered all questions and made a stressful situation a positive experience. I like the follow up inspection each year for three years. Job well done!Review fromBrian O

5 starsCharles * was a very thorough inspector. He was very timely and courteous upon arriving to our home. He's a true professional. Although we didn't end up with FSM for this project, working with him to understand what problems and obstacles needed to be addressed to best tackle our basement flooding was informative and tike well spent. do their best to charge you extra they don't give you any clue about what happened intel you deal with them 1 munite of nonesense and charge you ** dollars for it good work keep going and i don't recommande anyone to deal with them

If I was able to give this company zero stars I would. We had someone from this company come to our home, and they told us all we would need to do is support the main beam in the center of our foundation. Since then, our floor in our kitchen has sunk 1.5 inches due to the employee falsely claiming we wouldn't need to support the beams under our kitchen. Their bad work has caused more damage to our home than we originally had. Our kitchen windows wiggle in their frames now because of the shifting that has happened from them not properly assessing what would need to be supported. We asked for the company to pay for the cost of new repairs and give us the deposit back that we put down on the original work because of the issues we are now experiencing due to their negligence. They were not willing to do so, and have in fact not contacted us about any scheduling any further work on the home that needs to be done. They also did not get an inspection done while they were completing the work, and also did not pay for the permits to be able to do the work in the first place. This company has done nothing but damage our home further and then give us the run around when trying to fix their mistake. They have done nothing to help us and are now ghosting us.Groundworks, LLC

5 starsBrenden ** Wyatt * and Travis * provided the service at my home in Blaine. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, efficient, kept the area clean at the end of each day and during the hours of service. I am happy with the final outcome.
