5 starsSalesperson was thorough, answered all questions. Foreman and workers were on time, efficient in their work, cleaned up when they were done and pleasant the entire time they were here. 5 starsI had Baker Waterproofing install a triple pump system in my home the end of April. I was very pleased with the crew, the Forman Jim ***** and his team Ja-von *****r and Tre ********** They were very informative and answered all of my questions. Do not use FSM! Shoddy work never passed City inspection 3 times. Not professional had to come back three times to finish “properly “ They took our money and we never saw sales/management again. Still after 3 months hasn’t passed inspection and no follow up

We simply wanted to have our cracked patio pad outside levelled. The inspector they sent showed erratic behaviour, unorganized communication, and made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. At one point le left without letting me know, because he had left his phone at the nearby ****! He accessed areas in my home like my bedroom without asking permission. He catastrophized every little issue in my home, even in places that I knew for a fact were not problematic. He gave me an astronomical quote, including issues that were not at all related to the patio I asked him to assess.
After raising these concerns to the general manager in Calgary, he assured me that he would make things right, but has not contacted me in nearly a month. I am disgusted by the way I was treated by multiple members of this company.Groundworks, LLC

5 starsEveryone involved in the project at my house did an outstanding job. The initial meet was handled by Matt ** who explained everything in detail. Luke, Tay and Jordan completed the work in a very professional manner, explained what and how they were fixing my foundation. I was very impressed with everyone at Alpha Foundations. Thanks for taking care of my house. I appreciate your hard work and dedication to your craft.
