I had Alpha come out for an inspection for foundation. This was first time I had to deal with this. I was only given information for the piers. Foam was not mentioned .Also, i was not informed that Alpha subcontracted to Groundworks.
I got multiple opinions from other companies and all of them gave me all of my possible options. Seems to me that only piers were pushed because someone gets a commission. Why other would all of the options be given>

Our Polyfoam is not used for structural support on a foundation. We only inject our Polyfoam to lift and/or stabilize poured concrete slabs like driveways, and sidewalks.

10 days ago, Alpha Fiundations/Groundworks were working on my foundation, but instead pumped 10’ of concrete into our drain pipe and still have not corrected the problem. They first said to prove it was their fault, then we did using our contractors and now they are making us jump through hoops ti handle this ourselves and get our money back. They should have been out here day one to fix it! Buyer beware!!!!!Groundworks, LLC

Our property needed a small adjustment, and Jose ******** ***** and his team members Arcy, Noah, Edras (from Northern Virginia), and Ky (from NYC), established support to fine tune our 1963 home. They made installation of a structural support beam look like easy work and firmed up the soft corner of our home. Needed crawlspace door replaced. Got an inspection. Ended up signing a contract for $********* which included $***** for leveling sidewalk in front of entry door. Unbelievable what they did for $****. Check for entire amount of job cleared bank on 2/13/2025. Today 4/24/2025 still being jerked over by this company. Need crawlspace door replaced .
