5 starsWayne, Judah & Gabe did an excellent job lifting & repairing my driveway. The whole process was professional & my driveway looks amazing. We went over the specifics and completed a pre and post work inspection. Well worth the investment. I highly recommend their work.

5 starsLee and Kyle from Foundation Revcovery Systems did an outstanding job repairing our cracked and tilting concrete retaining wall.
They explained how they would do it and did it perfectly.
They smoothed out the work area and left our yard in good shape.

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. I had work done on a crawl space and the replacement and addition of a backup sump pump. The work was scheduled to be completed all at once.
On the first scheduled day/time, no one showed up. I texted the scheduling team and after approximately 3 hours it was determined that the technician was not going to be able to make it because he was still working at the previous days job.
On the second scheduled day, it was determined that measurements were not accurately taken for the crawl space so that work could not be completed. They were able to install the new sump pump and the backup pump. However, they did not schedule the electrician to install the correct outlet.
The third scheduled day no one informed me it was on the schedule. The only reason I knew about it was because the technician actually called to say he was not going to make it.
The fourth day the electrician came and installed the outlet.
The fifth day the technician could not do the work because the plumber needed to move a pipe had not been scheduled.
The sixth day the work was finally completed.
After taking so much time off of work, I asked for a discount which I did not receive!!!!!
It is very sad because I have used them before and was very happy with the quality of the work. I will not ever use them again and I would recommend anyone who is considering using them to look elsewhere. There are a lot of quality basement business out there.

5 starsMike ******** just left my house and did a very thorough evaluation of my basement. I bought a house with a previous “repaired” crack. After the record breaking rains, I needed to be sure that I didn’t have problems. Mike told me there was absolutely no moisture in the wall around the repaired crack, and that made my day!! 1 starThis company needs a negative 10. Hurrican Helene left our garage with rain blown damage over one garage door and with the rise of the water table, the rain came in on the floor right side. I contacted Mount Valley late October to have them come out to see what was needed to stop the rain from coming in on the right side of the wall/floor. Rec'd a quote on November 11th, signed contract on the 12th, deposit on the 20th. After numerous text messages I was told that the drawings were not uploaded and the Sales Rep. needed to come out and do another drawing. We were not home but told he didn't need to go into the garage. It's my conclusion the last drawings were done backwards as to what was needed. Remember, these are the professionals. Finally, after numerous phone calls and text messages they came out on February 6th and put in a sump pump. On February the 12th it rained, and the garage flooded but not only rain but mud from the hole they put in the garage wall to pump the rain out. We have had two service people come out and this has not been corrected. One service person put caulking around a pipe and on the floor between the wall and concrete, like that should have stopped the flooding????
