November 2024, they came out to do a simple French Drain and Stabilize a wall in my basement. They graded the area toward my house and away from the ************ and now my basement floods. Almost a year later and they still have not fixed the problem. I paid them $13,000 to flood my basement (did not flood before I hired them). Take caution when hiring this company. Engineers never came out to look at the problem and they make decisions based on pictures, which is unprofessional. They leave a mess when they finish working and they ghetto rig everything to cut costs once they get paid. Also, the salesman will tell you that you can pay off the loan with a credit card. That is no true. Don't fall for it.

Customers whose old company was bought out by this company BEWARE! I requested an inspector to come and look at an existing problem that I had for years. I had no idea that the old company had sold to this new company. Well, this company sent me a salesman under the disguise that he was an inspector. He wasted my whole entire day. After spending hours measuring and taking pictures under the house of work that had been done by the previous company owner, he told me that they couldn't honor the warranty because they had not placed additional piers that could've prevented the problem. Instead, he suggested I install their new steel product, which was going to cost me a couple thousand dollars. In addition, I would need to pay $900+ for insurance in case they would need to come back and inspect! Well, if the product was that reliable and their employees were that well trained, why would there be a need for their inspectors to keep coming back? I read later that some of their own workers had broken some of the products, had damaged the property during the work, and that there were repeated issues with the system after installation! These people concentrate more on selling and pushing their own product than on fixing and resolving the existing problem.

INNOVATIVE BASEMENT AUTHORITY (*********) SCAM ARTIST IS WHAT THEY ARE. They don't deserve a 1 star. We had Innovative out to address step cracking in the foundation of our four seasons living room in November of 2023 which included installing 6 push piers. The cracking continued to get worse after they "fixed" it. Spending over $13,000 plus in this instance, we called them back and told them the cracking was getting worse in the area that was supposed to be fixed and there was additional cracking. They returned in July of 2024 suggesting they didn't install enough push piers and claimed that adding a beam under the living room, and 6 additional push piers would fix the issue. This cost an additional $18,000 plus. THE CRACKING CONTINUED! Innovative came out for the yearly inspection for the first project/occasion. We discussed the new/continuing cracking (from 2023), and they proceeded with a sales pitch including "solutions" that cost between $24,000-$32,000. Including additional products that didn't pertain to the initial issue. After two separate occasions/projects which we were promised would fix our still on-going cracking problem. We've have paid over $32,000 for work that hasn't provided any real solutions. Including picture proof of cracking before, after, and currently/on-going. They say in their contract lift is not guaranteed, but stabilization is. They claim to be the best around, and that their product comes with a lifetime guarantee and that it'll never fail. But we continue to see cracking/movement to this day. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!

I paid nearly $7000 to have braces installed in my basement, to shore up the foundation. Right away, I saw they were crooked. The braces forced the foundation blocks outward. I had someone from JES come out to set up another job, and he said that all that was necessary was to loosen one brace. The next JES person who came out to set up another job loosened the brace. I asked him if the blocks will fall back into place and he said yes, in about a year. That was 2 years ago and the blocks are still being forced out and creating cracks in my foundation. A county inspector came out to inspect their work. He told me that all that JES had told me is false. Long story short: the braces are still crooked and my foundation is still being forced out and cracking. The person that they assigned to me to see what to do in order to fix all of this no-showed 3 times. Do not trust their claim that they stand by their work.

I have to leave a one star. I am very grateful that I got out of my contract. My inspector that came out was not transparent at all. I was quoted for half of the job of that. I will say that when everything was said and done that I did het an apology. We were told there was no mold under the house. That was a lie. We were told that we would not need Encapsulation done in our craw space. That was determined to be a lie as well. Granted our inspector is no longer there. If you feel like nothing is making sense or the inspector did not spend that much time under your hour/ basement I would reach out and get someone else to look at ******* side the crew I had out to do the work was amazing. Everyone I had talked to during this stressful time were amazing. I truly believe that my experience was due to one bad apple. This isnt to bash the company just to warn others that if something doesnt feel right reach out to get someone elses opinion. Wish we would have done that. For customer zero e I would give five stars. For that one bad apple 1 star. I feel like if I would have given them five this would have also been overlooked by others.

**** is so great. We had him last time and the attention to detail is spot on. His patience level is amazing because I don't understand a whole lot of this foundation stuff. He makes it easy to understand the different issues we are having. He is very pleasant and personable as well as professional. This company has been great to us since the beginning. I recommend 100 percent!

We had a sump system installed by *** and it failed due to an issue with our water that we were not informed of. They came to put in a temporary system so the basement could dry out, with the idea that a new system would be installed soon. Were going on month 2 with a temporary pipe running down our driveway and we are unable to get anyone from *** to call us back, despite countless calls, speaking with the service department, etc. we are al at loss as to what to do next. We even paid for the maintenance program when they came to put in the temporary system.
