  The crew that we had was great! The project was finished in a timely manner and the crew was helpful. We are very satisfied with the end result. We would like to thank Stephen ******, Tyrese ****, and Gavin ******* for the work they done on fixing our basement!

  We want to thank Justin ******* of Indiana Foundation Service. Our large back room had a huge crack in it and the floor was badly uneven. Justin inspected the problem inside and out, took a lot of time to explain it to us very clearly, and even showed us videos of how Indiana Foundation Service uses push piers to lift the foundation, and once it is in place, pulls the inside floor up to level. I can't say enough about Justin, who was the very definition of professionalism. He explained the problem and the process for fixing it so clearly that my wife and I both understood it. He gave us an incredibly fair estimate of the cost--to our relief--and scheduled an appointment. I can't begin to tell you how grateful we are to Justin. A total professional and a truly nice and decent man.

  Did a shoddy job of fixing my foundation. Couldn't get them to come out and fix the problem. Was put off 3 times in 2 months. Not reliable or honest

  JES left my home in worse shape and won’t return my calls to come repair the damage left. I reached out to them to install a joist support system under my kitchen so that I can renovate this year. There were floor joists under the back door that had been cut during a renovation about 30 years ago. JES installed a jack system but then left my foundation under the door where you can literally see daylight from the basement. I brought this up to the crew before they left late Friday night (they worked long hours just to “finish” without even asking me if it was okay to trap me at home that late), and the lead just shrugged at me. Shortly after they left, it rained, and sure enough, water poured into my electrical room and all over the freshly poured concrete. I called Friday night, sent an email and text with videos, and called today 3 times. Each time the “production manager” is “busy.” Before this, they were perfectly capable of blowing up my phone to see if I could schedule sooner. JES is seriously lacking in work planning and professionalism.

  Groundworks provided caulking and leveling services at a client’s home. The crew, Brandon and Gabe, did an excellent job—clean, professional, and structurally solid. There was an issue with the caulking color initially, as the same sand-colored caulk was used on both stained (blue-gray) and pebble-finished (yellowish) concrete. However, after discussing it with Groundworks, they quickly resolved the concern and replaced the caulking with a more appropriate color. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and commitment to making it right. In the end, they delivered quality workmanship and great customer service. I'm very happy with the final result and would strongly recommend them.

  AFS inspection on 5/30/2025 - Jamal ***** provided the best experience I have seen from a Service Technician. He was on time, extremely polite, very thorough and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Made great recommendations for some additional work needed which I am reviewing. I give him an A+ on everything!!! Thank you, Jamal!

  Aaron and Ryan did a great job. We had to have our basement jacked with foam as it was sinking in a large area. They were very communicative, professional, tidy, and timely. I would not hesitate to work with them again.
